I am loving your trips to the beach and am now enjoying your feathered friends visiting your yard. My husband passed away 7 years ago so I put a bird feeder out which attracted a cardinal(sign of a loved one visiting). But it also attracted squirrels(ok) and rats(not ok). So I removed it from the yard. I planted a butterfly bush instead and welcome the beautiful butterflies fluttering by!🦋 Oh additionally, I love banana chips and prefer them over regular potato chips(less oily)

I too have a history of health issues, mainly involving digestive issues. I’m guessing that you have some of that as well, but it’s up to you whether you want to share! Glad you are trying to eat healthier because that can definitely help. I’m approaching a very significant birthday, getting closer to retirement. But I’m also trying to eat healthier and have salads for lunch. It’s hard to keep on track especially since my office provides catered lunches twice a week. Loving the vloguary, keep up the good work and remember to get enough rest! ❤

If you have an air fryer I think most of them have an option to dehydrate food! You could maybe make your own dehydrated fruit in that!

I feel compelled to mention something about myself. Around nine or ten years ago, I was diagnosed with Marfan Syndrome, which had been suspected way back when I was 19 or 20 and which I had seemingly been cleared of suspicion of having back then by a cardiologist. For those who don't know, of all the chronic conditions for which those self-confessed "sons of Cain" (and daughters of Eve) who were inclined to defy and rebel against the natural order are responsible, Marfan Syndrome may be the easiest to identify with precisely that essentially with complete certainty. The reason is that basically everybody who has been subjected to the unnatural, deleterious and, in fact, catastrophic plague of civilization has wound up physically distorted by it, with their features being narrowed, bones being misshapen (this being the ACTUAL cause of crib death/SIDS), the jaw bone being so shrunken as to disallow the wisdom teeth growing in like the other molars, and in general, connective tissues not forming correctly, and diseases that did not previously exist amongst a given population suddenly becoming prevalent, etc. etc. etc. as has been repeated in cases of contact with and propagation of a diet like unto that consumed in western civilization (those aforementioned aberrant specimens who founded civilization on the basis of their unnatural invention of agriculture, predicated on their psychopathic God Complex according to which their malformed brains assured them that THEY - not nature - could and should decide what would grow and where and in what quantities, having used civilization and undoubtedly unspeakably...unconscientious methods to do so, usurped the headship of humanity from he who is readily provably the natural and rightful head of mankind - the normative masculine man, forming those human populations under their rule into the mass herds of livestock existing for their exploitation, just like they did with other species) in modern times. Well, Marfan Syndrome is a more extreme form of that, especially the narrowing and lengthening of the face, head and body, shrinking of the jaw (I never even had bottom wisdom teeth) and other connective tissue problems.
