Yep it definitely belongs into the category "loose translation" - my Russian is quite rusty but it surprised me too the first time seeing it. On the other hand I have seen a "lot" worse, even in movies, they can be really funny when you understand the language. And lyrics like poetry are extremely difficult to translate you need someone who has a really good grasp on both languages.
I wouldn't translate "немая проза" as dumb prose. Because it can be misunderstood as stupid. But literal translation from Russian is *mute* prose (silent, unsaid)

Daybreak Bastau is phenomenal but this performance and every other one for this song are trash , if you wanna see a live performance to this song check out the Dueseldorf performance or the best one in Arnau Kiev concert . This is terrible playback just take the track and compare it to the music video and the new wave version .

I love this song. How can Dimash being a young man understand and convey the feelings of two middle aged people who are having a crisis in their lives and relationship. They are tired of quarrels, of routine things, of life in general and the woman wants to break up and the man feels that there is something left of their love which is worth saving. It will be even more painful to be apart and lonely. So, he is begging her to reconsider. Beautiful song about mature love! And Dimash somehow feels it too. And I'm grateful to him for it.

Great fun reaction Elizabeth. This is a perfect version and performance of this song Demash does In my opinion. I've seen it more times then I care to admit, and now you will too :-p Side note, Demash is the first singer I've enjoyed listening/watching his performances with out ever needing to understand or care much for the lyrics in the song. He has a way of translating everything into the notes and emotions in his performances. Id almost step out on a limb to say that understanding the lyrics might be distracting or take away from that experience for me.
Hello Elizabeth, this song is absolutely one of my favorites but not the Kremlin Verison . I prefer when he sings again with Igor Krutoy at the piano but there are a male and female acrobat above them doing a sort of dance. I prefer it to the swans flapping at the Kremlin everytime. There is a music video too that is interesting but I prefer his live singing.
Belting in Chest then in mix and then in Head. This is just the perfect what the basics of singing is but really really far in the end of the levels xD

yeah...the russians are all about the extremes. good and bad its either extreme goodness or baddness,,,unfortunatly latley they are not that good but he music they make its still amazing , Russia is imense and so its their heart. I admire and hate them at the same time.

Dimash is probably the closest thing any of us will ever experience to a literal perfect singer. Even trying to compare his dominance of singing technique to other disciplines is pretty much futile because of how much ahead of everyone else he really is. It's not like he's the Michael Jordan of singing, because Jordan had competitors. I don't see anyone even close to Dimash. If our species doesn't die out, our future generations are going to look back at this man and be in absolute awe.
