Actually most epic you would've seen Marko on that was when he was younger, it was fucking epic that man go off live on that song back in the day. On that wacken version he's already fairly old.

This was from her solo show where she sings a mix of songs from all her bands past & present Nightwish , After Forever, Revamp, and some side projects Northward and others. this is a Nightwish song and the band is the band from the TV show Beste Zangers

So prepare to receive a lot of pop-ups, it's a 20 songs setlist and she will release all the show, song by song. This is a NW song but arranged in a more rock style, pretty all the songs from her metal bands are much more quiet here, I love she decided to give them a different vibe, really interesting. She was touring by her own, without the support of Nuclear Blast, so the recording of this show was crowdfunded by her fans

This is a Nightwish song originally written during the Tarja era.. Floor's version with Nightwish at Waken 2013 is an epic masterpeice of belting. You should checkout Tarja's version from the End of an Era concert which is different from Floor's but equal amazing. Love both versions.

Hey Sam, I was very lucky to be there. The whole concert was amazing, she will release all songs gradually. The Martin Fisser band also did a great job! I noticed you didn’t react yet to ‘High hopes’ by Nightwish, it is a very impressive tribute sung magnificently by Marco!

This is from her solo tour that she went on IndieGogo for and asked the fans if they were interested in financing the pro recording of her last show at AFAS in Amsterdam and I participated in this funding, but unfortunately COVID happened and it took almost a year for the show to finally happen last September, so as promised she recorded it, they have been editing it since and now she will release it song by song on her RU-vid channel each week and probably release the full show after. Judging by the first 2 videos published, the audio and video quality seems great, so very happy with my investment. 😀

Hello from the Netherlands . you MUST watch Floor Jansen NL Nightwish Ever Dream Live 2013 . pay close attention to what happens after the guitar solo! Floor sings the whole band off stage. Ever Dream Live wacken 2013 is a real favorite of mine and this acoustic version is DEFINITELY ONE .

Just for contrast you should check out her Nightwish performance of Everdream at Wacken 2013. It is no holds barred power and splendor. One of the highlights of the show. This was beautiful, but a bit subdued, I feel, because she wasn't about to try to cop a nightwish feel at her own show. She's obviously treating performing a Nightwish song with great respect.

I think the word you are looking for is ''crescendo" .. I love that she can cover Marko's vocal parts so well so that the people who don't know Nightwish are not aware that there were normally two voices in the song

For the record, when Nightwish does this song she performs every chorus in more of a mixed belt. She actually says it's their hardest song for her to sing (probably because of how consistently high the chorus melody is). I think she was wise to do it more in her head voice here. A full belt wouldn't have fit with the more intimate atmosphere they'd created.

This version of the song is really all about Floor. In the Nightwish versions, the band gives so much extra oomph to the song, this one feels a lot more personal, like a Ballard almost and is all about Floors voice (appropriate as it is her personal concert!)

Ever Dream is a song by Nightwish (from 2002 Century Child so not originally sung by Floor but Tarja) but as you hear and see, not performed with Nightwish this time.

This is a cheap karaoke version of this song. Floor offcourse is awesome but this is pretty far from Nightwish. Watch Wacken 2013 show and you see what they are trying to do here.
