A good friend of mine was really into Classic Rock and I had asked him who his favorite guitar player was. I was expecting the usuals, Hendrix, Clapton, maybe Jeff beck, but no. He said Lindsey Buckingham. It made me really listen again. When I really payed attention to it, I understood why. Totally underrated.

@@hmak5423 I didn't say I _hated_ Tool. I appreciate the talents & abilities of their band's members, especially the drummer. I just don't think they have good songwriting abilities. Most of their songs start off w/ random, seemingly pointless noises, followed by songs that just aren't pleasing to the ear. Writing songs that _sound_ good is important, don'tcha think? The Eagles music _sounds_ great. Tool's doesn't (IMO). I really wanted to like Tool, believe me. I had heard so many good things about them, but when I listened, I just didn't get it. I watched this concert on PBS when my newborn son was less than a month old. My husband and his family were out of town, and it was just me and my baby. I sang along and my son looked up at me with the most amazed look, as if to say, "Wow, what is that? Is that in the world? I hope so." It was one of the best moments of my life. I smiled, he smiled. LOL And before the comments are that he was terrified, I CAN sing. Throughout their youth, both my boys were in band, and my younger son was in gifted music. My husband has zero musical background, so I was very happy that yea, they got that from me.

This concert DVD is absolutely amazing. The finale with "TUSK " and "Don't Stop Thinkin' About Tomorrow" is the best musical performance I've ever seen.

I want to see you do a reaction to the band 'Night Moves' song fallacy actually

Nice one Beth: I love how much music gets to you and how much you show it. Always puts a smile on my face. Here's a suggestion for a song/artist that you may not have heard of that you might like to react to: Heather Nova singing her song "I Miss My Sky" live. She's got a gorgeous voice and this is a very simple arrangement with lots of close-ups, so good for a vocal coach to analyse. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-B6i0-QI_VVo.html (Video title is "I Miss My Sky by Heather Nova" on her own channel if you don't want to click a link).

Passion and Emotion? I know one with passion and Emotion. Runaway Train by Soul Asylum.... That song, in 199? Was trying to bring attention to how lost the youth in America still are... 😞 Its sad... For 13 years the FBI had Pedophile Island under surveillance and stood by doing nothing... 100's maybe 1000's of kids have been kidnapped and trafficked since the song was released. I can't understand why it doesn't get the attention it needs...
