What I like about her voice (or rather her technique) is the way she's switching from nasal resonance like in Rain to chesty belting in Gravity, every song is different and she just know what will sound the best. Also only those that understand Korean will understand how satisfying is her pronunciation. the way she is singing 널 🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵

In case nobody has told you yet, it was also her who did all those harmonies that you loved. Yep, all the backing vocals you heard is also her ☺️

She has 15 years of career, in fact in the kpop industry is really impressive that she is still so relevant after so many years, but extremely deserved seeing how amazing she is.

if you are a vocal coach then i am an alien... Taeyeon used 4 vocal techniques and you didn't mention any... c'mon change jobs, do the model, you certainly know that you have a beautiful face... isn't it? 😅 I am a Kpop lover and i have followed this girl since she was a rookie... in practice i have followed her from 2006 until her 1st audition. I am a musician (pianist, guitarist, drummer, saxophonist etc etc), in my family there was an orchestra master, 3 pianists, 2 violinists, 2 opera singers and now me. Sorry if i allowed myself but you know it, first impression is very important, you didn't mention any of the techniques that Taeyeon used but just said "good voice, hard key" and stuff like that... Well... see ya, peace dude. 😉

There are so many brilliant and unique voices in SM ent. If you haven't, you should look at Jonghyun, Onew, Wendy, Seulgi, Yesung, Kyuhyun, and Ryeowook. They're from three different groups but are so, so talented.
