So sorry to hear that. I am a Lara fan & even I have to admit Lara's fans can be very annoying & demanding. Don't feel reluctant to react to her more though. She is an amazing singer & worth checking. I appreciate u reacting to the live version & this studio version as well. I actually think the studio version is very interesting too. She sounds more angry here, the live one she sounded more sad. Nobody has reacted to the studio version yet. So u r the first one. Btw, would love for you to react to her "You're not from here" live performance. She did many2 unbelievably beautiful stuff in the performance.

Lara makes great albums...but her true superpower is how she performs on stage. Her abilty to connect emotionally with an audience brings out so much of her greatness as a vocalist, an actor, an entertainer, a writer, a beauty, and just an all around godess. She is such a total package that you have to see and watch her to get the full effect. Do yourself a favor...keep the albums for the car and do the live videos for your reaction channel. You will. Bring in a lot more views as well.

Great reaction, but you really need to see her live version with subtitles from her ‘Lara with Love’ concert to fully appreciate her talents. Her beauty, body language, facial expressions and amazing stage presence all make for a masterclass performance.

“Je suis Malade”, now a french classic, was written by famous French singer & songwriter Serge Lama together with composer/singer Alice Dona in 1973. This is based on his own experience and he was the original performer, hence some lyrics are a bit male-oriented (eg my mother leaves me, whiskies, I pour my blood in your body, …). When Serge Lama had a dinner with Alice Dona and told her about his obsessive love that was leading to a road block, she came back home and composed the music in a couple of hours. The morning after, she presented him the music and he wrote the lyrics in … 20 minutes. Serge Lama was the original performer in 1973, it started to be promoted on the radio, and the song was brought to fame only when, a few months after, Dalida covered it. She was an absolute mega star in France, another emotional powerhouse, and this song resonated very much with her own feelings. Her success with this song transformed it into a french classic, and started to make it famous abroad. But it is Lara Fabian that really made this song a very popular song in many countries with her cover in the mid 90s. At that time Dalida had already passed away, but Serge Lama was (and is) still alive. Dalida and Serge were two inspirations for Lara, so she sent an audio copy to Serge of her version. She was unknown at that time in France but he was so impressed with her vocal skills and her emotions rendering that he invited her in France to sing it as a duet during his own Paris concert in January 1995. It was a triumph. So he sat in a front row seat and asked her to sing it again alone. Lara also had made some subtle changes to the song that gave it even more power. Serge and Lara became good friends and performed several other duets later on. It's unfortunate that you didnt have the lyrics, but what you may have missed even more was the visuals and the particular live performance that reactors view more often. Actually she didn’t write the lyrics because it’s a cover from Serge Lama in the 70’s. She changed some lyrics, asking Serge if she could. She also write songs, very famous ones. By the way, you should listen to her songs in live, it’s better. Thanks for your reaction, happy you enjoyed ❤

Wrong version. Lara's live performances are always better than the studio version. Her best performance of this is from the "From Lara With Love" concert and is a must see . It's a stunning performance.

As far as I am concerned, Lara Fabian is one of the best singers at the moment. Yet your subscribers seem to see this differently; so few likes and comments? Are your viewers more visually inclined? First name "LA-RA" No U. Fabian -- She pronounces herself differently depending on language. For "JE SUIS MA-LA-DE" normally pronounced " Je Suis Ma-lad". SUIS -- Is a single phoneme. She said it about 10 time in the song and she is very clear. The way you pronounce it is "Je SUS Ma-la-de"... In French, it means : I Suck Sick. You might want to practice the "UI" sound a little. Otherwise, a few people will have a chuckle.
