First of all, thank you for you insights. Two years ago, Aina Abdul would've belted the whole song with her chest voice. Nowadays she practices restraint, which I personally prefer. We love her here in Malaysia. You should check out some of her own songs. You won't be disappointed.

Clean and clear voice to hear, aina abdul is the best singer in malaysia and various song journals can be beautiful when listening to aina abdul sing very easily.
I've watched Aina Abdul of Malaysia sing her version of never enough and at least two more songs of beyonce and another one i can not recall anymore. To me she is such a clean vocalist so clear with her lyrics and her notes wether hi or low are so precise. She shows emotions not so much with her body language but with her voice and delivery. In this one its like listening to a younger version of orig singer adele. I guess she is malaysia's equivalent of morisette and so hyang. I think these three artists are so special the world needs to listen to them.
I listen to her with my eyes closed.Her voice hits hard as a ton of bricks or as a vraight train runs me down with 100 miles per hour on my feels. I cried as alittle child, who lost it !OOUUCCHH!OMG!!
To my totally uninitiated ears it sounds like if Adele had released the single when she was 20 years old. Bit higher tone, bit less gravel and soul, bit less pain coming thru, still absolutely wonderful.

Yes, you're right. I really feel goosebumps whenever she hums. Of course, she recorded her dubbing. So difficult to sing it perfectly live even for the original singers.

Mike is on Jeff Buckley Freddie ,Mercury ,and yes Dimash levels of talent. He's known as the man with a 1000 voices. You've listened to some really good female singers. Hope you can listen to JINJER - Pit of Consciousness (Live in Kiev). Tatiana isn't your normal female vocalist. Probably not your type of music but really something to appreciate in her ability.
So true what you said at the end about the struggles against beauty standards and criticism that these artist has to go through. We almost ''lost'' her talent to nightclub singing due to her being overlooked because of these silly criteria. She finally found her footing in the industry after 4 years singing in nightclubs.(Not easy to do as a hijabi Muslim in a predominantly Muslim country- shows her grit) Look at her now, arguably the consensus no 1 rising talent in her country.
