Just Stunning! I've been avoiding this performance for awhile because I cry so much when Celine does it that I thought I would need to be taken away when I heard Dimash sing it. I was right . I am now a complete mess. He is the KING! I am hoping that I can get through the day after this performance. Thank you for your great reaction.
love to see your reaction, more Dimash please. Know, Forever Queen or any song from Dimash. please taking good care to yourself, it seems you are gaining weight.
Dimash sings a beautiful song for a Chinese drama. It is called Couldn`t leave. Please react to this song.
Omg I love your reactions and I would love for you to react to Y si feura ella by Jonghyun, hes a kpop idol with many talents who sadly passed away😭 I miss him so Much but since I'm early in REALLY hoping you will see this and react to his talent🥀
Hi! Master of voice.please I would like you to comment a song called: ARRANCAME. By Vanesa Martín and India Martinez. They are two spanish singers in a duet. You' ll get amazed by the song ( the lyrics and their voices). It is just magic and feeling.
It is good to see you back doing Dimash! I hope you can check out his version of Samaltau which he did for the Tokyo Jazz Festival from his home studio due to the pandemic and also his performance of A Thousand Miles which he performed in China before the lock down. It has to be one of the most gentle beautiful songs I have ever heard.
Oh, I am SO in love with that performance of «Samaltau»! We're talking top 3 material here - and that's from a Dear who would genuinely struggle to pick just 20 favourites...!
Love A Thousand Miles, Common Dream...there is something gentle about this song, plus some vocals or tones that I have never heard Dimash sing...I think this song is for connoisseurs,,,,,,,AND Dimash just announced on Instagram that a completely new song of his is coming soon :)
Please react to Dimash singing "Samaltau" for the Tokyo Jazz Festival. It's sung from his home studio and is about a young man conscripted to fight in WW1 by the Russian czar in 1916.
I actually prefer Dimash version than the original CD version which is actually good, but Dimash manages to give each and every notes so much expression.
Thanks so much!❤ I've been with your channel right from your very first reaction to Dimash, and have really loved you sharing your thoughts and analyses of each and every one of them so far! BUT - however much I understand and agree with your going through his performances chronologically, I must admit to being super-impatient for you to move onto some of his more recent work - so it would be really great if you would kindly consider featuring Dimash's work a little more often, please? You just have sooooo much to catch up on...! Sending you much love and thanks from a UK Dear :) ❤🤗🇬🇧
Lovely reaction, nice to meet another dear reactor! I too love this performance of D and how he connects with Rose at the end there, he really tells Jack and Rose's story so well. Thank you for that wonderful reaction. New sub here🤗💚💙💚
Wow your videos are amazing, please may you react to an animation movie? I mean Frozen 2, please react to Show Yourself in English and Muéstrate in Latin America please, I Love those songs, you are amazing, I know it is a rare request but I would love you to do it ❤️🎉🥳🥳
I honestly feel like this one is a little bit underappreciated or at least under shared. I have never liked this song. I know that's a little controversial but I just don't particularly enjoy Celine's tone. I know she's a truly talented singer and legend of a performer. But, for me there's just something about her tone I don't enjoy and I can't put my finger on it. We also had to sing this song in choir when I was around 11, and because my voice is on the lower end for a woman even at that age I was already struggling with some of the soprano notes. But as it was a child's choir there wasn't a division of roles beyond girls and boys. So they made this awful arrangement with this weird backing track that had like an electronic sounding keyboard but like a cheap nasty sounding one. It was truly a monstrosity of a song by the time it was done. So bad the head teacher made the choir master change the song about two weeks before the show, literally so bad they made a group of 10/11 year olds learn a brand new song with like ten days to go. So for me, Dimash's version of this I was so nervous to watch it. I truly felt like there was no way even he could make me enjoy the song. But lo and behold there it is. Beautiful. I have a few issues with the instrumentation sounding a little odd in places but that's being super nitpicky. I only feel that way cause I went into it expecting negatives so my brain of course found one. But I was so shocked to have a version of my heart will go on that not only do I love it but I actually play it regularly and get super excited to see reactions to it cause it feels like there aren't that many. Maybe cause it's out of sync with singer or big concerts etc. After rambling on (sorry, pain is bad so my filter is broken) just again, thank you so much for your video. Helped distract for a little while and I am truly grateful for that. Hope all is well with you, sorry I haven't commented in a while, been having a hard time with my hip so I've not felt as chatty. Take care!
I'm so glad to hear from you! I really enjoyed his version and I understand that Celine isn't for everyone. I'm laughing thinking about the terrible kids arrangement and backing track! Haha! I hope you feel better soon!
Thank you, for seeming to read my mind! I've also never been a fan of Celine, but love Dimash's version - and what's extra-spooky, is that I am *also* struggling with hip* pain right now!! (*actually, my whole lower body is screaming, with the current changes in barometric pressure only making it worse - so living in the UK with our weather, is hardly ideal!😧😞) Hope you feel better soon, my Dear friend... xo
@@MasterofVoice it was truly calamitous. That choir teacher really did come up with some bizarre arrangements. I don't think they were actually a music teacher, if I remember correctly they were the English and Literacy teacher who basically volunteered to run choir. We did a good version of Like a Prayer one year though. That is the only one I can think of that after it was done there wasn't that odd tension from the audience of "oh we need to clap because they're kids and thank God that's over" kind of thing haha. Glad you enjoyed the song Andy! As always, I look forward to your next video. Oh by the way, I can't remember if you ever got the chance to listen to Home Free (an acapella group) or Voiceplay (another acapella group). Home Free is amazing and Voiceplay has some good music too (I'm relatively new to Voiceplay so don't know their discography that thoroughly). I'm pretty sure you've already reacted to PTX (Pentatonix) but maybe I'm misremembering that too... Either way, if you haven't had chance to listen to these three groups I'm sure not only will you love the music but they'll also make fascinating break downs. Take care Andy.
@@Tricia_K I'm in the UK too! Those thunderstorms last month screwed me up for a few days haha. Hope you're not in too much pain poppet. Yeah I guess I just don't hear what others hear in her voice. I can hear that she is a skilled vocalist and knows what she's doing but I just can't get along with the timbre of her voice. All by myself was another one, I disliked the original and it had had so many poor quality covers that again I was nervous to click the video of Dimash's version in case I didn't like it. But once again, blew the song out of the water. Beautiful arrangement and stunning vocals. There are only two songs of his that I'm not crazy about. Those are Opera 2 and Uptown Funk. Absolutely nothing to do with him as to why I don't like them, however. Opera 2 I'm not a fan of the song structure so find it difficult to listen to it in repeat. Whereas Uptown Funk I loathe the original and it was too similar to the original for me to play it on repeat. I'd still listen to both of them, and I do when I watch others react to them. With Dimash there's just something so special and specific about his tone that basically any song is beautiful with it. Definitely helps that the music they create to match his voice is always so well thought out and beautiful. Hope your doing okay and you get a reduction in pain or at least a bit of a breather from it at some point soon. Cheers
@@BexREB Aw, thank you! I agree - there's just something about Dimash's tone, his phrasing, that somehow turns all music magical? If you'd have told me 14 months ago that I would be ditching practically my entire music collection full of UK/US-based English-language-only bands, in favour of a (now) 26 year-old Kazakh singing everything from opera to rock to R'n'b to folk music, in a whole range of languages that I barely knew even existed? Honestly, I would have laughed in your face! Add if you'd have added how I'd still be as obsessed with his music today as I way back then (if not more!), that I'd be happy to spend hours on transliteration sites perfecting my Russian/Serbian/alien pronunciation in my attempts to sing along, or that my very favourite songs would be all the ones sung in Kazakh? Well...😲😲, lol! The only other "not so keen on" song I would add to your list would be «Your Love», which is just a bit too "musical theatre" for me? But otherwise, I'm totally in love - I mean, the guy's even got me loving Russian love songs ffs!😉😂 Anyways, thanks again sweetie - and you take care!❤
Please react to Samaltau and a Thousand Miles, as others have suggested below. The two songs are typical Dimash songs and just wonderful! You will be surprised! Please read the background story of Samaltau before commenting, though the way he sings it you will understand practically everything without knowing the languages. cheers from a Dear in Vienna!
Have enjoyed going through your Dimash playlist, I would love to see your reactions to his collaborations with Igor Krutoy which are amazing - Know (VTB arena), Love of tired swans, Olympico (from Igor’s channel), Passione and Love is like a dream which is heavenly! 🙏🙏🇬🇧
Dimash the voice magician ^^ I am normally not to fond of that worned out song, but Dimash's version actually make me enjoy it ....that's why he is a voice-magician :D
HI Andy!! Love how your face lights up when Dimash starts singing and you seem to know that his endings are amazing!! I have to say, Dmash's ENGLISH has improved so much...WOW!! He's so awesome...I could HUG HIM until he says UNCLE!! LOL Until next time...TC :)

Harry Styles -Falling- please!!! I'm in my bed And you're not here And there's no one to blame but the drink and my wandering hands Forget what I said It's not what I meant And I can't take it back I can't unpack the baggage you left What am I now? What am I now? What if I'm someone I don't want around? I'm fallin' again I'm fallin' again I'm fallin' What if I'm down? What if I'm out? What if I'm someone you won't talk about? I'm fallin' again I'm fallin' again I'm fallin' You said you cared And you missed me, too And I'm well aware I write too many songs about you And the coffee's out At the Beachwood Café And it kills me 'cause I know we've run out of things we can say What am I now? What am I now? What if I'm someone I don't want around? I'm fallin' again I'm fallin' again I'm fallin' What if I'm…
I love how you’re commenting his voice. You’re so real, you show honest feelings about Dimash’s voice. I love your facial expressions when Dimash takes the highest notes. Do you know that Kazakhs in majority have good voices, as the people say that is the influence of steppes where every Kazakh can sing without being disturbed by anything, your voice can become strong and you can hear yourself. Dimash is a real patriot. It’s a pity you can’t understand national Kazakh songs. Dimash is so brilliant in performing them. And I’m very proud that I’m from the same town Aktobe in Kazakhstan. We Kazakhs can all sing. I can sing too and I sing in my English lessons with my students at school. I highly appreciate your comments of his voice. He’s our diamond and our pride. Thank you so much for your highest comments!😘😘😘👌
You are so sympathetic! There are a lot of beautiful Songs of Dimash you didn't react. Neverland, I only Love you, ovo je Balkan, Jasmin, lay down, ...
