I was playing No Man's Sky recently, and absolutely lost it when i saw a ship called "The Voice of the Void" (that also had an ariral-like color scheme) and I'm starting to think it was an omen.

The moment I saw that a new beta was released my first thought was "Mr. Candleman has to do a new VOTV season" and here we are. I explored the map a bit in the Sandbox mode and the first time I saw the changes I was like "Did I boot up the wrong game?" because it looks completely different from what I was used to. The generator houses and the windmills are my favourite change. The generator houses look so nice now and I think that the windmills are a nice addition to the landscape. And when you have time, go visit the Hole. There's something new there. Oh, and don't forget to check the new Sandbox map. It's literally 'Teaser'. MrDrNose is cooking something and I can't wait to see. I'm so excited.

Spoilers for new veiwers! so as we know from season 2, none of the previous workers have left the building, their mutilated corpses are just hidden around the base. So with the prank jumpscares, if theres no one left to pull the pranks then who--or more possibly what--is? perhaps the base itself is alive in some way and maybe it has a sense of humor. Or maybe its not a sense of humor, maybe its a sadistic entity that feeds on fear. most likely its just their ghosts messing with you but it could really be anything at this point, normally this would just sound like im looking to far into something that isnt there but with this game literally nothing is off the table.
Considering that: * The mannequins are alive (often doing different poses and occasionally moving on their own) * The Arirals know how to use wood (indicated by building a treehouse) It’s possible either of the two are the culprits, especially when it comes to the “alien catapult” prank.

I've been enjoying the new update a lot so far! Played up to about day 12, explored a lot of the new map, got the whole base nice and tidy, got jumped by what I'm pretty sure is one of the 12(!) new threats, had a hell of a time trying to get the extra bunkbed frames out of my room until I realized it was easier to just throw them off the balcony... Probably gonna hold off on playing any more until Noseman patches the bug that makes every single signal the same mars signal tho
I love how after each update this game gets more of a personality of its own. That is probably thanks to it having half-life assets but it also just looks less like your ordinary horror game after each update. Can't wait untill the full paid version is released.
The update looks amazing! I love how it looks more like you're nestled amongst the Swiss mountains instead of a dream world, it makes it feel more real, like there are actual stakes involved

The ÜN-ÜN sound when completing a server-fix is actually an indicator that you beat your previous best time, which seems to also give you some bonus credit. Probably as an insentive to fix those servers quickly despite the world pausing for you.
Honestly for me the best part about the new update is the terrain paths being graded and being able to recognize some of the new models from the dev's twitter, i cant wait for more s3 tho!
@@TVT.v1entetain Speaking of gas on the workshop there is a chemical warfare mod you can find it by typing into the workshop search "Chemical warfare" and you should find it easily. Theirs several gases to choose from but I say that Mustard and VX are the strongest gases from that pack, they are dangerous when inhaled, can be absorbed through skin and can contaminate surfaces. When using chemical weapons in Gmod always remember to wear your gas mask and chemical suit to avoid accidental self-gassing and un living yourself, cause these gases are just as likely to kill you as they are your target. Chemical suit and gas mask combo is the only way to use them without endangering yourself.
Let's gooo! This update is freaking massive and so excited to see what secrets you can find before anyone! Nose was cheeky and didn't make an announcement in the discord but people were very quick to find it. I think helped by one of the staff members posing an unrelated ARG puzzle to everyone. So excited for this new season, cheers to the comfy and creepy!
Voices of the Void very quickly became one of my favorite games. The way you can make the base feel like it's your own but never quite feel perfectly safe in it is the epitome of "creepy and comfy." From cleaning up all the trash and grime to adding furniture, decor, and cameras. I even used the wall builder to hang glow sticks around the perimeter of the parking lot to improve visibility. It feels like my own little spot in a world of the unknown. But I'm well aware that I'm not the only one who can open the base doors.
When solving the math puzzle you can see a two counters on top. One is the time you are taking and one is the "bonus limit" if you complete the puzzle and have less time than the limit you will recieve more points Also the limit is the time you took in your previous puzzle so if it takes you 30 seconds to complete the next limit will be 30 seconds

You can *negate fall damage* and knocking prone from not so big heights by pressing *Crouch button* as soon as you land. Also can you try the thing we were telling you during the last series?: Get hook, go to the green trashcan (there were 3 outside the main base and at transformers), hook the lid, pull the rope, hold the trashcan at its "body", aim at a direction and jump. Actually nevermind: it's fixed in 0.8.0. Or more precisely: devs just removed ability from hooks to attach onto many things.

20:36 i disagree. I loke to watch as many youtubers as possible reliving the various events because i just like them. Each reaction, even if to old things or similar in nature, is good, from the first exposure to the space catsolotls to our good old friend that likes tomake a HUGE scene despite not being hostile. Had to be careful not to spoil everything.
A few minutes in and this update is already really freaking cool, I'm not even a car enthusiast but having functional car keys that make your ATV do the car thing made me really happy for some reason
This game, from the first time i played it, strongly reminded me of a feeling i once had at as a kid. Was at a neighbors/friend's house, the grownups had some party somewhere else, but allowed us kids to leave and go to his house. Me and the neighbor were the closest 2 homes for quite a distance, the next houses were half a kilometer apart mostly, and after that was some really big distance i can't even remember. To be extra creepy, pretty thick forests around us too. Like the kind that you can't really walk into even at day. We played some (at the time scary) roblox game about slenderman. As we did, i think it was one of their parents who came by the glass back-door to scare us, as she picked up something for the party and left again. That wasn't scary, just startled us mostly. But after that, i focused on the windows around us, on the silence in the house, the darkness outside, thought about how isolated we were (from even the grownups), and got that creepy feeling that this game quite accurately replicated.
i always get so excited when i see that one of my favorite youtubers has dropped another voices of the void video. i could literally watch a 10 hour episode of the librarian playing voices of the void.
Really happy to see this so soon, Heads up dev is actively working on a hotfix for alot of bugs with this release (There are some big ones), Keep an eye out for it.

It’s so strange reading comments about others sleeping to your videos. I mean it’s not weird to an extent, but I almost never want to miss something that could’ve been awfully amazing. Either way, rewatching it never hits as hard as experiencing it the first time
The different noise for the server fix was you beating your previous speed record. It seems this version may have also added an additional bonus for when you set a new record
ive had this thought in my head for a long time, but sometimes people who are severely mentally ill will start to hoard and leave their residence in a mess as they dont really have the capability left to take care of themselves, much less their surroundings. so maybe the reason why the base is such a mess when we get to it is not necessarily because the past worker(s) were very lazy and never cleaned out of just refusing to, but more so because they went crazy and couldnt do it anymore.

Its insane, how new version is always the scariest thing, and as soon as we get used to it, and find it rather comfy over creepy, a new version comes up and everything is twice as scary as before... holy jebus
