What are you using for code on the Arduino? 5v or 12v pulsed?

pull up and it works great. there are a few other components I don't show as well as the code.

@@aknovamanI’m trying to get one of these fans to work on my ls swap. Would you care to give some advise with the coding I’ve tried the basic pwm analog code and tried everything from 0-255% duty cycle
