For the 2019 edition of the Monza Rally Show the only official class was the R5 and this meant the presence of an insane number of R5 cars (59 in total) among which there were five VW Polo GTIs.
The Polo R5 is powered by a 1.6-litre four-cylinder turbo engine with 272 hp and 400 Nm of torque. A five-speed sequential gearbox, permanent four-wheel drive and its weight of just 1,230 kilograms allow the car to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.1 seconds.
