In long drives I think maybe left foot starts to straining and paining because of the clutch is on the harder side

They have good design but they never give us new generation 😞

No bro, its not much. My father's Ameo service cost was just 7800.. Considering it's service interval is 15000km, its totally fine. Also, 2nd service at 30K kmz is around 10K rs as far as I heard. That's why I went ahead and bought a Rapid for myself a few weeks ago. That engine is a blast. Mileage is great too in the highway... Cruising at 80 to 110 it gave me 19 above on salem to bangalore. Once someone buys a VW, the thrill of driving will never make us buy anything else..

@@ironbarrel7717 bro yah they are improving but still after 100k kms most vw are seen to have complete suspension haul which is costly . Also resale value and reliability is not the best. My friend had a polo and sold after 5 years due to increasing service cost with age . But the ride and handling is brilliant and above all 🔥

@@vaisnavmohan4752 Man, my sister's swift broke struts after just 10k km, have to replace bushes every 10K km, had to change the dampers as well, and finally when we sold that car at 60000km, just the suspension set on the front had cost us more than 25000 for repairs... Dont even bother to ask me about the rack and pinion and the AC which keeps lossing refrigerant every now and then...I even have the bills. Apart from that we have to change the mineral oils every 5 to 10K kms, oil filter etc, brake pads are a pain, ... I have had experience with both Suzuki and VW.. Eventually at the end of the day VW worked best for us, in terms of reliability and service cost. Problem is, if marutis driving dynamics are bad bevause of bad shockers people just keep on driving with it and dont change it fully. Once you change and maintain your car like your child you start realizing almost all costs are pretty much the same. But, thanks to the stereotypical nature of Indians saying VW is expensive, I'm grateful... VW still retains it's class and standard unlike some other brands which chapris start buying and customize and ruin it like hell.

@@ironbarrel7717 well said bro. Just look how ford has improved their service over years and how great products Tata have been making now. But vw's/Skoda's service is a nightmare atleast in my place and though German cars are great in built and driving pleasure their emission scam was something I am not happy with. Adding to that it is happy to see Indians have started considering safety and driving pleasure over mileage , but majority of middle class aren't willing to take a risk for that .
