Wall traps are also great for improving the toss for standing float serves. Learners often toss backwards, not directly upwards. I'll be using this drill for my team's next practice!!
Hahaha, doubt it. I've been doing and teaching it for years never had so much as a blister. I guess it's possible but might want to have your head checked for other glitches .
Can you explain the trajectory / sensation of your elbow or upper arm? Should I try and point elbow straight up to 12 o’clock and stop there to allow for lower arm snap, or do loosen up the elbow maybe to 2pm position and let the lower arm drag you elbow?
