In 3:14 ,you said DIODE D1 is F.B, but you put an open circuit there, i think it is REVERSE BIASED .

Correction at 3.15 : Diode D1 becomes reverse biased. Thank you vey much for this! I was totally confused on figuring out how to determine if a diode is forward or reverse biased in a complex circuit until i came across this video. Thanks again

According to me the direction of diode D2 should be opposite. Someone please clarify.

There is mistake at 3:15 that you said diode D1 is froward biased but actually it will reversed biased .

I didn't get the difference between Full wave voltage doubler and half wave voltage doubler. Can anyone explain it to me

Half wave voltage doubler just able to double the voltage in half of the cycle. But, full wave doubler can double the voltage all of the wave.

it will behave as a clamper circuit as the graph has been shift by a magnitude of Vm in the positive y direction

Will this damage my transformer? My coil can handle only so much voltage and ampacity. Will this device flow too much amps straight back into my transformer and over heat my coil?

why did you not consider the capacitor voltages when finding the diode states? You just considered cycle states that are positive and negative. I am a bit of confused, is it a assumption for voltage multipliers?

Sir for the negative half cycle you said p is connected to negative and n is connected to positive . So both are in FB . How is it possible.plz tell me air
