Good Info. Couple of comments 1. Have found that the copper strip just placed on ground or inserted 10 cm in ground is enough to give earth. 2. The power cable should be unwound while charging else it acts like an Induction heater & may heatup & even melt the plastic reel.

@@samratdeshmukh7762 I am great fan of TATA... My brother also have tata nexon... But TATA don't provide 400km rang..... I waited around 1& half year... My business needs a vehicle. I waited 2019-21 year hope that the TATA will release 40-50kwh battery pack but my patience is over... I booked MG ZS ev delevey on dec 21.... Can you give me a proof that tata will lanch 450km range at least 400... I will go for TATA.... Can u give me a hope with proof....???

Hi Akash, Very Innovative idea... Please add an insulator grip to the Clamp...Connecting to an existing earthing point without any Insulator is a bit dangerous act...

Hi Vinod, thanks! Regarding insulator grip on clamp, it isn't required because we are clamping on earthing points. If we connect it anywhere where we would get a shock, we will surely blow the car!

Great going Aakash, your actually helping potential EV curious future buyers with these products. I myself test drove the EV Nexon really loved the quiet cabin but there are so many questions related to charging and long distance travel which are actually being answered by watching your videos. This is just awesome 😊 , wanted to check what should be the wire capacity to take input for the board. Because usually in houses we don't use heavy wires and 1 review I have seen if the capacity is not up to the requirement it gets heated or burn in 30 min.

True. The wiring behind the wall plug point where we put this in must be 2.5 sq mm or more. Which will be the case, in most likelyhood, if you use a formal "AC" or "geyser" point from the original wiring. Or motor point. The host normally can tell the fact.

Great product.. But i see lot of scope for aestetics...it still looks assembly of some electric equipmets.. The bundle, switches, meter can be concsealed in a minimum volume.. Earthing wire can be consealed as well.. Can be clubbed with main or seperately.. Clamps can be smaller is guess..

Polarity indicator will show live/neutral swap fault. If it is not glowing that means there is fault.
