Hi,yes that standalone ecu full programable.In this movie i had EasyEcu 3+ this is an ecu from Poland (costs 300 Euro and very easy to instal and seting) . Now I have more advanced EMU Ecumaster also from Poland (costs 600 Euro )

Car and gearbox is from 1998,many says that last year production m90 is a little stronger from stock.My car mileage is half milion km and still working good .
@@ikerochoaderetana7043 This is aftermarket turbo ,but there is similar turbo model S200G which you can find in volvo deutz machines with engine code TCD2013 7.15L 200KW/272HP. It was my first turbo. 1,5 bar from 3000RPM on 3rd gear.But i did not have oil restrictor and i killed the turbo. Great turbo with compressor wheel 54mm
KL grenrör är helt värdelös,spruckit minst 10 ggr och kört till skroten.Har KL förstärka tryckplatta och den håller bra men har special gjort lamell med 100% kevlar belägg. Lycka till med bygge.Mvh
Hello, can you tell me how long standard connecting rods will last? I have a 500 hp turbine, but I can’t find connecting rods other than standard ones, tell me, can I assemble them using standard connecting rods? 300+
With a good tune with no spikes etc 300-320hp. But eith an average tune i wouldnt go above 260h with stock rods. Get forged h profile rods and e85 tune or a e85/e95 mixed fuel tune. Stock pistons has no issue reaching 400-600hp
To be Safe just change the rods or stay below 250hp. If you switch rods and wna keep pistons a e85tune or a mix is reccomended for cooling. Amongst other things. Or risk it abit and just go rich ratio. 500hp even 600 is alr eith e85 stock piston. Theres guides online with bench.

@@ГаражныйАвтоспорт-у7д as far as i know you just need to swap rods and rod bearings. And for the top you need stronger bolts no clue om what gasket specifically check online. Theres tons and tons of guides. Its pretty cheap given crank and pistons can take 5-700hp aslong as cooling and tune is very healthy. A block from 94 and onwards has piston oil squirters for cooling which is nice to have aswell.
but if ur gna go for near 500hp i would anyways swap to wiseco pistons or the likeness of it just to be sure. im building a volvo 940 b230ft 1998 and im gna build for 700 but chill at 450smth cos i plan on having it and daily drive it for years to come. altho with double maps. since 450hp isnt all that nice 24/7. gna have a map at 300ish and one at 450-500 when drifting. good luck on ur build man. so far swap to hbeam rods. pistons if you'd like. swap to custom ecu if going for anything above 250hp. e85 above 350 or a mix of e85 and normal. swap injectors get a turbo like hx35-40 or any one that fits ur purpose tbh. get a fuelpressureregulator. get sensors for airfuelratio. maybe port/bore the topend not neccesary tho. get a better waterpump and oil pump. and ofc fuel pump. a diffrent camshaft one of volvos own goes for 100-200 here but of you want aftermarket here its 3-500 which isnt alot tbh. you can skip some of this stuff that ive done/going to do. check guides online and forums and be sourcecritical about ur info. good luck i mightve missed some stuff.
A better flow rate and air split.Original B230FT manifold is o.k. up to let say 300 hp,over this should custom made aluminium manifold or "budget" option modified B230E which is enough for even 500 hp
