Up today is my Volvo S60R 2004 with approximately 190k miles on it. Just before I went to get my emissions tested I noticed a code, p0497. I think its low evap flow or something like that. Anyway, it can be anything from a vacuum line kinked to a bad charcoal canister. I guessed it might be the solenoid, ordered one for $30 from ebay, OEM... and sure enough, I got lucky.
Sorry about the removal video. I don't know where that went. Its located basically under the intake plenum, and is difficult to film but not too bad to remove.
