Volvo Trucks - Volvo FH Electric hook and crane. A closer look. 

A Volvo FH Electric is built for crane and hook operation, using both electro-mechanical and transmission-mounted PTOs. The hook is based on the electro-mechanical PTO, enabling vehicle manoeuvrability when the PTO is used. The operation of the crane is powered by the transmission-mounted PTO. Using this way of steering the pump and electric motors has resulted in energy savings of 30% in typical cases and working procedures. It also prevents unnecessary noise.
