Great detail. Thank you. Now I know how to reassemble my XC90 injectors and top end. Thats the job that my local garage workshop have been incapable of doing after 6 weeks of lying to me and not doing any real work. To be fair, they did manage to remove the parts and clean them before abandoning the job and pushing the car out onto the grass verge for me to have trailered home by breakdown truck.

@LEON’S GARAGE If in cylinder head ports was so much dirt that means the egr vavle is clogged as well. This vavle is main reason of this mess in intake system. I spended 3 days on cleaning this. You achevied very good results in cleaning the cylinder head ports, I had the problem with cleaning the intake vavles itself because they are to far from the enter of the ports.
