Vostroyan lasguns are particularly powerful for two reasons: Vostroyan lasguns are family heirlooms that are passed down from father to son, and so they are meticulously well maintained and kept in peak condition. And because of this, coupled with Vostroya being a Forge World, the Firstborn have a very good relationship with the Mechanicus, who are more than happy to give them some extra shiny shit on the side.
When you get near Vostroya, you can hear hardbass all the way in orbit and if you could look out the window and look at the planet, you would notice it being in constant state of shaking from entire world population dancing 48/8
I'd like to point out the triple rank and fire scene as both competent militarily and hilariously effective as lasers for dancing. Efficiency and comedy at it's finest.

@Sombra Chaosit Valhallans are based on the Red Army. While the Vostroyans are based on pre-communist Cossacks. It’s a fine line, but no doubt both have a love of dancing and drinking.
@@Morec0 You probably know they've been discontinued but there are a few things you can do. eBay's a option but not a great one and fairly expensive plus Vostroyans have always been metal so it's a bit of a pain to alter them. You can buy conversion bits online from anvil industry they have the closest thing to Vostroyans with bearskin hat heads and winter great coat for bodies plus if you want Kreig looking heads I'm sure they have them the final and less scrupulous option is buying from a recaster. They would be the same models as the GW ones just made of resin so easier to alter but fairly noticeable though I can't speak for quality.

It is ridiculous that they are just literally cossacks in space. That is the whole joke, and yet it is so effective at making me choke with laughter that I've watched this over 30 times roughly and still have shit eating grin on my face.
The Vostroyan dance squat is the reason why you don’t hear from them much. They spread true fear of the power of their ancestral squatting across the Galaxy. Even Sly Marbo has respect for their squats.
I love how relatively dynamic and fluid the animation is compared to Emperors Text Device. I dream of the day where episodes are fully animated like this ;-;
