Nice! I really like the VSETT line. The 10+ is probably my favorite scooter of the year. It's dumb fast for how small it is, but it's handles really well and feels butter smooth. This scooter with some custom wider bars is almost perfect for me.
I went with the Vsett it will be here Friday my ghost got stolen😥😥 my boss got me the Vsett because they will get it faster to me than another ghost ..
Today, I had the pleasure to ride my new Vsett 10+ for the first time. It's nuts. Scary powerful and I love it. Having only riden a small, entry-level scooter before this, I was shocked how bloody massive the higher-end scooters are in person. No video or photo does justice to the sheer size of these things.
you still have it? if im gonna buy it, I would expect 2 years+ of life with good maintenance..that for me would justify the purchase and then some. probably 1 year would justify, after that its fun and an investment! lmk.. im gonna guess you upgraded to something? 11+? :D that's what most people seem to be doing, they want more power! power corrupts :D @@DOOM_Dwarf
@@goofyahhh254 I still have it alright, after a year :) Still runs as new, battery is going strong. As for upgrading to something stronger, I just got my motorcycle licence, so theres that :D
@@KingdomFTX Hey this scooter rocks...😀 I bought two of them from Alien rides, my only complaint is that they both arrived with bent rotors, not sure if that was Alien rides fault or UPS. ANYWAYS Get this scooter you will not be disappointed it's still the best mid power scooter in 2023, trust me. Also get the 25.6AH instead of the 20.8, you'll thank me later. Only get the 28AH if you weigh over 200lbs and have range anxiety 😜
I have the 28AH version with NUTT brakes (stock) over in the UK for over 4 months now and absolutely love it. Suspension is like butter. The torque is just insane. So much fun. Highly recommend!
@@florynake93 I don't know about the rest of UK but down south when it rains its only a drizzle. All VSETT's are IP54 rated so it can handle light rain and I've ridden in such conditions many times, no problems. Just gotta be careful when making turns, can lose traction when the road's wet
i have them uk nutt breaks got a new scooter on Monday 2400w 45mph 35 miles range for 900.00 i hear of them once in RU-vid then i notice mine and dammmm they powerful and hard to control and now i see your comment they seriously must be good am fully yet to test my scooter
Omg that looks like alot of fun. I see guys of all ages using Escooters in my town. Guys in their 40s even. Right now I'm researching these. I started researching Ebikes but since I've seen this and a few others on YT, I'm considering an Escoot.

I'm forty. Just got back from Chicago, visiting my brother. They have little scooters you can rent through Uber, all over. Just walk up, scan and ride. Had a blast. Now here I am....🤠
Super fun! I have the Mukuta 10+ and it is an absolute blast. You can beat me for only two minutes with the turbo button and then I will smoke you in the long run!
Fixing to get my vsett 10+ in about a month from now. Super excited to make this purchase. Definitely gonna be a step up from the unagi voyager that I have now.
Thanks for the re-upload on this video. The vsett range is pretty cool and sleek with awesome colour coding with just a few flaws.. that headlight on the front swingarm is the main flaw... as it bounces up and down with the suspension making it almost unusable.. the other flaw with vsett's "boost" .. the controllers are too small for the scooter at full power.. so rather than put bigger controllers in .. they give you that "boost" function to allow you to temporarily use the entire full power from the scooter without it cooking the controllers
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I do think that most scooters need a light upgrade, and the vsett line is still no different. I agree about the silly boost button, it seems a bit trendy right now with Dualtron also doing it, but I would prefer much more beefy controllers. 👽🖖
@@AlienRides I think its a good "marketing" trick .. having that burst of power available... the "E-Nitrous Shot" .. as it were lol.. it has its appeal for sure and is very clever.. but i suppose to keep the costs down with the colour coding and everything else they had to cut corners somewhere and the controllers took the hit
I don’t think you’ll want to ride 44mph for any longer than a few minutes. Doesn’t seem that stable. The front wheel needs a stabilizer. It feels too loose.
Have multiple e scooters this is my favorite everyday scooter to ride I have a wolf King it serves its place is just different than the vsett 10+ that I call the Porsche 911 of my scooters it's fast Nimble light just a rushed to ride I could go on for days I love it if you want to ride it to its full potential you will need to put a steering damper on it I ordered one online you can Google vsett10 + steering damper somewhere around 150 to 180 depend on which one you choose but make sure you click the full kit so you get the damper and the mounting bracket easy to install simple takes 5-10 minutes and order a shocker different people on RU-vid that tell you about it. $80 for the front shock back shock fine for now my opinion change front shock add steering damper on this scooter makes this one of the most amazing scooters unbelievable machine
If Alien Rides sells it, you know it passes the test of quality. I love the look of the Vsett line-up. Sadly only the 8 and 8+ are legal for road use in Norway.
@@AlienRides I do too! The laws are completely arbitrary. I get having a top speed like many countries, but a max length of 120 cm while deck width can be 70 cm... They just pulled numbers out of their ass.
@@HolybasilYT I think Switzerland is worse... Any dual motor is forbidden because of the 500w limit and the top speed is 12mph....(20kmh). And what's more the police actively checks this periodically... So those of us who have dual motor are constantly playing cat and mouse with the police, and when they get us they take the scooter for good a give a big fine (500 to 1 grand)

If you live outside the city, just ignore these nonsense laws, wear a helmet and slow down around people strolling their precious kids on a meter of sidewalk with a few centimeters distance from dangerous traffic. :)
@Wandering Wombat yeah it really sucks... police checks are becoming daily here... the only good thing is that the tolerate 15mph now, instead of 12... so I have put my single motors scooters at that speed, but I have managed to convince myself to do the same with the 2 dual motors scooters that I have, especially as one of them, the Boosted Rev, has to be put in mode 1 and loses all the torque, not just the speed...
Excellent review Alien Rides and nice sound track. VESETT 10+ is definitely one of the best scooter out there it's very torque and still very stable and smooth , turn signals, NFC, awesome folding level and looks super cool my favorite scooter besides RION👍😎

Great scooter. take the folding bars out straight away for solid bars with a drop on them (don't get a dead straight solid bar) and cut the width of the bar down to your prefered size - I cut my 720mm bar down to 660mm. My next upgrade is stiffer springs. The 1200lb front spring is wayyyy too soft and I only weigh 65kg.
@@tromboneslo I like folfing bars. no complaints about them at all. also I'm 220lbs and suspension is great. not too soft not hard. when I step on it in only sinks .5in
IMHO this is sized just right for power and portability. Much as I like my 11inch 8400 watt scooter a lot of times I look for something smaller to go with on shorter rides. Would have liked an actual 50mph speed but 45 on GPS is plenty fast. Also wish Vsett would come out with an all black one.
VSETT 10+ is a little to heavy when need to carry it to second floor. But acceptable in most cases. VSETT 9+ would be better in that point, but i heard its goose arm is too weak, but 25kg is way more better
A few upgrades on my 25.6ah model.... a carbon steering dampener, ti axle nuts, metal compound pads and a set of good quality carbon bars. And maybe a decent helmet mirror, if can find one that can handle the speed.
I test drive my Brother's Vsett10+ in our street, set to speed 2. I max the throttle as soon i'm in the middle of the street. Smooth and fast acceleration when goes to 0 to 21 mph, then it will kick again on 21 mph up to 43 mph still going on but, i have to slow down on 43 mph cuz the handle bar starts to wobble a little bit from there i got scared and slowed down. Usually 40 mph that's the maximum speed you usually satisfied in driving fast in the street. Over than 40 mph you need a dampener to steady the handle bar on this Scooter.. This is just my opinion...My brother gave me his Hiboy s2 pro scooter 18mph max :( .. But still appreciated :) Thanks for the review :)
Damn, that's a nice scooter! I was going between this or an Evolv Pro-R, but went with the Evolv because I take it offroading a lot. After this great review, I might have to buy a second scooter for street use :o
Just picked mine up this week! AWESOME SCOOT!!!! A few upgrades I’d like to recommend that I’ve done. 1. Steering Damper (extended) 2. Additional headlight mounted at the goose neck (Olight 600 or 1500 lumens) 3. 120db electronic rechargeable horn/ motion alarm system. Mounted roughly 8” below handle bars in front of the neck. In my opinion, these upgrades are a must!
If you buy one of these, plan to deal with a lot of flats. I mean, a LOT. Forget about it if you live in a bad neighborhood which typically has a lot of broken glass, construction debris, etc. Also, plan on fixing flats to be quite difficult even if you, like me, are mechanically inclined, have a suitable workshop in your basement and have owned a ridden quite a number of different models. It requires a large amount of very difficult manipulation to simply switch out the inner tube. It is so much so that keeping these these in the road will be about a third of the riding time you give it. Also, it is very likely that there will not be a mechanic service available to you in any reasonable way you might expect. No one wants to work on these and if they do, they will take along time and charge you an arm and a leg.

Hi mate i have a question.. when im running on high speed in my dualtron ultra i can like my rpm is not consistent like its choking or power is jumping..then there is vibration i can feel on my rear motor..

I’m thinking I might go with the phantom v2. I’d think I’d rather have the vsett if it had a thumb throttle. The finger throttle with the brake lever at a weird angle looks uncomfortable. Can any owners comment on that?
Anyone got range extander for Vsett 10+R? How was your performance and how is the charging for both work? I am stuck. I want to get scooter but not sure if I should I get range extended battery.
I have a Zondoo ZO01 that'll leave that in the dust. cost me $1400, has pure sine controllers, ordered from the OEM/ODM factory, 38AH battery and can do 40MPH without a problem for about 50 miles. switched the folding bars for a one piece pro scooter barset and clamp. the only thing I can compare it to is a dualtron but it cost me 40% as much as a dualtron.
Ive been enjoying the vsett8R the last 4 months but i cant wait to enjoy the 10+ - i do wonder how it will be with the extra 15lbs since i do like folding the Vsett8 and throwing it in a cart to go in and shop =will be harder to fold and take up stairs n such
@@AlienRides A Yachtie is a broad term for people like me that live or spend a significant amount of time on Yachts or Boats (not Super Yachts), scooters like this will be ideal as it folds up nice and small for storage and ease of transportation from the boat to the shore, good range to. You should look at promoting into the "Yachtie" market, plenty of opportunity there to expand you customer base.
I miss the hill climb you did with the Vsett 9+. I notice hill-climbing catches a lot of otherwise fast scooters out when it comes to raw torque. Would this machine get to the top of the steep hill that stumped the Vsett 9+?
Looks awesome. Would you recommend the 10+, 9+, or 8+ for commuting? Need one that's portable enough to carry on a train. Also fast enough to flow with traffic. Coz not all areas have bike lines or proper sidewalks.
Surprisingly my varla eagle one pro and nanrobot n6 72volt was side by side although the n6 72 volt beat the vsett in the long run by about 3 scooters and the eagle one pro was side by side untill the vsett got up to it's top speed

The Phantom is beautiful, but they have serious supply issues. And, it's on a last generation voltage platform, which is 52 volts. The Vsett 10 + has a 60 volt system which makes everything perform better.

Just bought a VSETT 10+ and love it, but that speed run you did was a little disappointing. The speedo was telling you that you were hitting 52mph, but gps capped you out at 44mph. Quite a difference in the measurements between the two.
am wondering how long the vsett10+ battery will last if you ride every day..? how much it will cost you to replace your battery .. That's an expensive E-scooter, don't get me wrong it's more than some secondhand car or let's say.. a normal scooter. Can I relay for a long run, even tho i use it everyday.. can i keei it for 2 years... or 3..?
Can you check the temperature of the motor rotors with only 10 minutes of use? I starting to notice these kind of scooters tend to gets hot quickly, killing the lifespan of the motors magnets. Thanks!
@@rbmanb depends what you mean by "best". I would guess the 10+ would have better damping than the Victor, but the Victor has really superb suspension for fast riding. The 10x spring-only suspension is the softest but also the lowest quality of the three.
Hello ... I recently saw a video of the interior of the Rion Thrust, and the construction and interior finish was very disappointing, but I do not criticize its power which seems exceptional .....
2:24 the hydraulic line that goes into the caliper the silver round thing that has a screw thru it should NOT move... u might want tighten it and rebleed ur breaks..

It really just depends on speed. If speeds are low you could definitely get that range, but more than likely you would get about half of that range. 👽🖖

Does this Scooter provide software settings to impose your own max speed limit? What if I want to limit the internal speed to just 15.5 mph or 19mph regardless of the physical button modes?
Or you can adjust the power level directly using the display setting P08: percentage range 25-100 till you get to your desired level. You'll still have different speeds on each 'gear' though.
