Congrats on Onederland! Can I ask why you decided to get a dietitian if you were getting 3 meals in and knew you had to get more water in? Did you have a bad test result come back? Just curious.

Thanks! :) I had been wanting to see a dietician for a while because I am having trouble coming up with more meal options that work for me and my family and lifestyle. We stay pretty busy and it is a circus with two toddlers 🤪 I also need accountability and she offers a plan where you meet with her twice a month and can text in between so I feel that will help me as well. My surgeon’s office only required one meeting with a nutritionist and that was pre-op so I haven’t had any formal guidance since then so it is helpful to have someone knowledgeable kind of managing this for me as I adapt to a new lifestyle and way of eating.
