Drive your diesel hard (on load) once a week. Try to redline it as much as you can to clean out the soot. Cool turbo down before shutting down though. After driving hard for 30 minutes drive slowly for 10 and you'll be fine to shut down the engine. The turbo would have cooled by the time you get home
My 2007 VW Caddy (BLS ENGINE CODE) came with two mufflers and a cat. No DPF. I took the rear muffler off and put stainless in it's place. I kept the middle box for minimum drone. I hardly notice any drone on the highway
That all depends on how you drive it if you are only poodling around town the DPF will block up quicker I would suggest you put DPF cleaning chemical every now and then in the tank the more the engine this works the less it will block up
They are not miles they are km in my country and I was driving all those km to regenerate dpf filter if it was whole video no one would watch because it's going to be 2 hours and it will be boring
