Hello Chris, your detailed investigation of the E Up seems to have an effect. VW announced yesterday that every second UP sold now has an electric motor. Volkswagen owes you something. Please continue like this.🤗🤩
Hi Chris, sorry for being such a huge pedant but you also didn't mention: - the main beam (on/off) / headlight flasher / parking light (left/right) functionalities of the turn signal lever on the left-hand side of the steering column - to the side of the dash panel (passenger side) there is a key-operated switch for disabling the front passenger front airbag - not to forget the bonnet release lever - and the various levers for the adjustment of the front seats / height adjustment knob of the head restraints on all seats / the release buttons for folding the rear seat backrest forwards - the integrated bag hook in the glove box opening lever - the operation of opening and closing the rear vent windows - and finally the sun visors (folded down / pulled out of the bracket and swung over towards the door) Hey, just kidding! ;-)
@@BatteryLife alles gut! I enjoy your videos. My daughter will be 18 in January and I consider two buy an e-up as 2nd family car. But she wants a "normal" car and I must try hard to convince her till Christmas. Please excuse my broken english.
It is 2 years ago I tested it in my UP! Tsi, but I think the voice-assist button does work. It will activate Siri if you hold it down a few seconds. I Haven't tried with my Android phone.
@@BatteryLife Ok. A quick test tonight didn't work for me either :-(. But I will look into my configuration, and report back, if manage to make it work (again).
