great video. try adjusting the shifter inside the car. sometimes when that isnt set right it wont go into each gear smooth. you could also replace the plastic bushing behind the shifter.

I did not the customer sold the car before I could figure it out but it did get better after driving it a couple times I think it was just old shifter parts
