You need to realize a few things. EA has over 800 locations in just over 4 years of installing there 1st one. Chargepoint is just a seller of equipment and the owner that buys them decides the cost and how many they can afford. We have a lot in Columbus Ohio because our electric company and the city is promoting driving electric. Most little town s will have one or 2 but chargepoint doesn’t decide that. Ev go is getting money from gm and is installing 2000 units. Columbus just got 3 locations added and they are 100 kw to 350 kw dual ccs chademo. Kyle Connors girlfriend Alyssa mom has a id 4 and she lives in Wilmington area and gets around North Carolina just fine with here sales job. Check her out on out of spec motoring in RU-vid. You mentioned gas cars when they 1st started. There wasn’t gas stations all over. I notice a lot of new owners are too impatient and expect more than they should about the network. Ea just got more money and will build more but can’t be everywhere at once. Tesla has had 10 years to build what they have and they sold cars to people that had no chargers in their state like Wisconsin. It started on east and west coast with 6. Super chargers. When I Baught my 2012 Nissan Leaf we had 4 dc fast chargers in a city of 800’ooo people. Now they are everywhere and even in the small towns around Columbus. Just plan ahead and be patient and if you can’t do that get a used model 3. It hurts adoption when videos are made that complain about the network when you need to be realistic. One charhager like 50 kw chargepoint is 100,000 and the cities pay demand charges from the electric company and need to find land to put them. That is why you see ea at Walmart because Walmart was nice enough to let them put them there. In our area flying j travel plaza will start installing chargers at all there locations.

Did you buy used? Wondering why no free EA?

Yep, we are not the original owners, so no free EA for us 😩

Look at Emma's teeth! Sorry about inadequate charging in Wilmington. I won't mention the other company's superchargers nearby.
