VW PASSAT B7 2015+ HOW TO REMOVE-INSTALL FRONT BUMPER FRONT GRILL FRONT HEADLIGHT ETC.
In this video i will show you how to remove and instal front grill, bumper and headlight. All steps are detailed and shown as it really is.
Tools needed: 17 mm socket, air gun and compressor or rachet, torx 20, 25, 30, 1/4" rachet, 1/2" ratchet, extnsion for ratchets, car lift or jack and security stands.

I think no, only if replacing it need to calibrate

Hi. Really useful video as I'm changing headlights on my Passat from RHD to LHD. What is the code number for the headlights you installed (Halogen with range adjustment motor)? Thanks

By code number you mean on oe number or coding in odis?

@@KolmanMatteo Hi Matteo, thanks fot responding. I mean the OEN or the product number. I need to order h/l and have a choice of those with and without headlamp leveling motor. The RHD Valeo units in now are 3G2 941 006C and 005C I noticed you have the range adjuster beside the light switch so think yours is same as mine with motor to move the light beam when car is loaded. Also if you have any suggestions for where to get the headlamps😄

@@chewauk best solution is to check your label on old headlight because there are 3 type od headlights on market, bi xenon led and halogen, this what i was mounted was halogen with motor adjuster because if you take withouth motor you need to fit it and it can easely brake

At 8:02 what is that black plastic part the tabs hook onto? Is it expensive and hard to replace? Also if the mounting points of the corners of the bumper have been busted what are those parts called? Wheel wells or something?

Under bumper or ? Think its not so expensive
