So the ambient air temperature circuit supplies information for the A/C system and Turbo? I am sure for the A/C. Climate Control. Interesting. ECM is not happy. Wheel speed sensors to. I hope you get paid good for your work.

Will that part affect the recirculation button on the same car I have the same codes too

I do not think that A/C works at all in the Passat. I had a vehicle that had one missing and the A/C did not work. Climate Control system would not energize the compressor control valve. Those systems are delicate.

Somebody tied the wiring to the fan and started engine. He was oblivious to what he had done.
