Hi, I've noticed that your rocker cover is the one with an integrated gasket, like mine. Did it work well to remove the seals from the screws and replace them with the new ones? The replacement gasket did not have nipples for its placement?(the old cylinder heads have holes to hook it there). Regards
Vicente Pr I vaguely remember cutting off the nipples because my head did not have the holes, although I don’t remember clearly. The sealing cones on the bolts worked great and have no leaks, but the gasket itself is still leaky
Hi joel did the new gasket have locator tabs and like rubber pips on it also as im going to do mine have bought an elring gasket and looks same as yours apart from the rubber pips. Cheers je .
Hey! I’m ever so sorry but I can’t really remember, since this was a couple of years ago. All I really remember is the gasket being ever so slightly too small, so I could not quite get the positioning perfect on both ends. It worked ok but I would try a different brand next time
