great upload. Need to do the arch on my van. It’s only done 100k and I’m hoping the extent of the rust is only superficial and not as extensive as yours - don’t fancy stripping the camping interior out! 😭 although having watched this I’m a bit more sceptical about how extensive the repair will be. Well done for first time .but you should seam weld arches and the inside arch cut bits not just filler I hope you glass fibered afore you put cataloy on Like I said nice job for first time 👍👍👍😜🏴🦕🙂🤞✌
So what welder do you use Paul.I did have one go at welding the stick kept sticking,it was an old 2nd hand welder.my 1999 t4 gets used daily on 306000 mile.I’ve fibreglasses little holes so far but will probably need to weld in future

If you prepare that the job will be twice what you expect then you’ll be somewhere close. Parts were all off eBay. Sellers names were “epparts” , “just_Kampers” , “quality-performance-parts”
