in regards to the under queen area, i have been all though there and opend it up. quiet largish area under there.. i made benches and beds etc.. little nooks.. hehe

There are no other hidden entrances to the citadel but the area inside can be made bigger by removing some of the walls and possibly excavating some more rock. It is a pain in the butt to remodel though because some of the angles are not usable so the outside wall has to be completely rebuilt. OK, now that the casual readers are gone; the secret to my success fighting the Queen; 'member I said I start training on day one for the Mistlands? Part of that is so that I can hop and glide around like a flying misthare and kill every gjall in sight, even three four and five star modded ones, for the bile bags, to turn into bile bombs, to use against the Queen's adds and to save stamina in a melee fight. I had the opportunity to fight her in multiplayer the first time so I could formulate a winning strategy; I'm now 15-1 against the Queen, mostly melee mixed with a little ranged, a few times magic. The only time she got me was when she was a five star and it was after the new clipping/pathing update and she one-shot me all the way through that underpass to the left of the entrance. I did totally cheese her one time when she was a 11-12 star (CLLC) by smashing her tail through the wall at the entrance, but that was ultimately not very satisfying for either of us!

And this, Damen und Herren, is why a team is good for a boss fight. Four people with Bonemass can chain them in sequence.

Full carapace is definitely the way to go for the beach landing in Ashlands, the harnesk has basically had it's day for now. It may be worth it once you get the new heavy armour and cloak but honestly there's just as much slashing and bludgeoning damage as pierce in Ashlands so the harnesk is suddenly a lot less useful there. Good job on your first solo Queen fight though, think I counted 3 deaths, which is actually pretty good! Now it's time to sally forth and feel like a noob all over again! I thought you were going to do a no death run with as calm and prepared you were, but this is one tough fight. Smart choices with weapons, btw. Enjoyed the video.
