@@HeemsMiniatureWorld Please try to make the same using plastic and some light weight metals. Nowadays 3D printing technology is becoming popular. But I don't know if it is possible to make these tiny profiles and parts using 3 D printer. If plastic, then it will be more strong, waterproof and stiff compared to paper sheets. You must definitely present your models to Indian Railway museums. Some paper and cardboard models which I saw on RU-vid are nothing in front of your models.

i mainly use mount board. its easy to cut, smooth, paint and sufficient strength also. in fact all materials have its own advantage and disadvantage. Also depends on the tools you have to work with them and also the time. all materials you mentioned are really good with appropriate tools to work with them.

I make the hole in the sheet before cutting it into small pieces. Will try to include in upcoming videos. Thank you
