We got their Promo Menu for 2 people for $188 in celebration of Valentines and Lunar New Year. And Gong Hei Fat Choi Shots.
Their Presentation here just Magical. Just look at their Spread. You get to choose 2 Soup Base, 2 Meat Sections, 6 Hot Pot Items, and comes with Sweet Potatoes Balls, and Wagyu Fried Rice.
For the Soup base you can have it shared or individually.
We did the Share which they split the Broth in Half. I got the The Wagyu Spicy Dripping Pot and My Wife got the Collagen Golden Chicken Soup
For the Hot Pot Items, we choose the Shrimp Paste Balls, Wagyu Beef Balls, Assorted Meatballs and Shrimp Paste, Mushroom Combo, Veggie Combo, and Glass Noodle.
They have an Incredible Sauxe Bar. Premade Hot Pot Dipping Sauce. Housemade Ponzu and Seasame Oil Mix Sauce. And a Freestyle Sauce Bar with Fruits and Snacks as well.
This collagen golden chicken soup broth:
The Broth was Rich, and Savory in Flavors. Very Delicious. They even have half of piece of a whole chicken inside the Broth.
This was their Japanese A5 Chunk Roll Wagyu and A5 Ribeye Wagyu was so buttery in flavors, just melts to the bite.
The Wagyu Spicy Drippping Broth was Umami in Flavors. Aromatic from the Sichuan pepper Corn, with a little kick.
What I luv about Hot Pot is that the Broth becomes even more flavorful as you add and cook all the veggies and proteins.
The Dipping Sauces Evaluates each bite. I like to make mines extra spicy. The broth just hangs onto the veggies and proteins making it so hard to stop eating.
The service here was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for Dinner Dates and for Special Occasions.
