This was a godsend, Took my blades to bits and put it together and it sounded awful, The spring having to go over the bigger cutter at 0:36 was my problem! I followed this tutorial and the clippers are sweet as a nut! 👌

Oh my god! Yesterday I took mine apart to clean it out. 6…… yes SIX HOURS of picking it back up again once I’d had 5 mins to adjust my frustration. All I needed was to push the main blade into that tiny bit of the clip…. Thank you, you are now my new hero 😂

Thank you finally see what I did wrong. We put clippers back together it’s not cutting as well as before. Tearing my hair out until I saw the metal clip center of springs. Still like these clippers best and I’ve gone through many different ones trimming three sons and hubby.

Try tightening the 2 screws and check the metal clips that hold the blade in place.

Almost missed it... looking for a solution why my clippers were not cutting. If your clippers aren't cutting make sure the two blades are held by the spring clip 0:35 on the video... thanks indeed.

I find the blades part (I mean the whole head part, the plastic and the blades) shaky ; not firm after putting it back. Or its little shaky from manufacturer itself?

You could try tightening the two screws under the blade.

I FIXED it actually after so many hours of trying to figure it out, and finally watched another close up disassembly RU-vid video to find if I broke the aesthetics of the plastic that hold the parts (blades and plastic )together firmly, and realized I broke nothing and figured that while lifting the blades part up, I applied enough pressure that slightly bent-up the steel tooth/grippers(on unit's body side) that hold everything together, so used the provided scissors(upside down plastic of scissors) as tool to bend it down back enough, for the unit's blade part to take its firmness and it worked after two carefull trial and error bend-down levels. I detailed this comment enough so that it might help any of the users facing similar issue/problem. Thank you.
