What is the difference between wahl taper 2000 and wahl super taper please

ahh ha! Theres the question for the ages. I love Wahl as a company and the tools are excellent, BUT, this clipper, the Wahl Super Taper, one of the Sterling series in the US, and the Taper 2000 are very similar....but with a different lid, and at different price points. It's killing me though.....because they ARE good tools and the support is excellent. The marketing is just getting old.

Is that like a leather finish on top or a textured plastic??? Either way looks very good... I have the old red ones, love them

All black looks good but I didn't see a 1 and a half. Or the half guard in the set.

You are correct, those sizes are not available with the Designer clipper.

@@Wahlpro Why this Clipper could work on wet or dry and the Magic Clip/Senior can't. Is that because of the Blade or because of the motor??

@@David-jh2bj The Magic Clip and Senior should both be able to work on wet or dry hair as well as this one. The Electromagnetic motor has enough blade speed to cut through any density of hair.
