I missed this show it was strange but unique it deserves more praise

The author of the Grossology books, Sylvia Branzei, was my science teacher in middle school and junior high. I'm still friends with her. She's currently been helping fight for the freedom of Myanmar. Also it's pronounced Bronze Eye.

I remember watching this show as a little kid back in the day on discovery kids and I loved it for what it was being educational about the gross out humor sometimes not to mention it had that the incredibles movie feel to it, Really sad that mostly nobody remembers but Now as a 25 year old man I still love it.

I used to watch this on Qubo, the amount of reruns on that channel was insane

This series is essentially that one scene in Ratatouille when Anton Ego has an intense flashback. Thank you for reminding me of these great series.

I don't remember much from this show, but I DO remember the fart-themed supervillain and how his backstory really freaked me out as a kid. "He was farted on so much by his bully older brother that he literally couldn't survive without them" is a terrifying concept if you stew on it

God nobody talks about this show... I loved it so much.

This show was very influential in my formative years, I especially remember the episode where they are encased in a scab cocoon and pick at it to free themselves

I have seen so little of Grossology yet I remember a couple of scenes quite vividly, such as one with the siblings being hang up upside down by a green slimy villain and another one involving the brother being "possessed" by a villain to suffocate his allies with the power of fart. Until today, I believed it was a fever dream I had as a kid. But for some reason, I'm glad you brought it back to my memory. This seems like a very interesting show, albeit too gross for my taste.

I loved this show as a kid. It helped further my love of biology. I credit the hagfish episode as my reason for loving weird animals!

When this was first coming out in our country, Nickelodeon, the channel the show was broadcasted on in my country, marketed this as a tandem package with "Growing Up Creepie," given the taboo/gross/weird yet educational vibes of the shows. Ever since your "Growing Up Creepie" episode that came out a few days ago, I've been awaiting when you'd be doing this show.

I very vividly remember liking the sibling dynamics in this show as a kid specifically for the reasons you mentioned, they just seemed to not axiomatically hate each other in a sibling rivalry like virtually every single other show out there, and the gross stuff that's usually what separates the rowdy brother from the traditionally girly sister was instead what joined them together.

Oh I loved this show- I remember really clearly the episode where Abby got a growth serum. And I do like Abby as a girl character who isnt squeamish and happy to handle the gross

I have had the biggest most ugliest most genuine smile I've ever had watching this video because of all of the memories and feelings flooding straight back in that I haven't been able to feel since I forgot what the show was called it's always been on the back of my mind everytime the theme song came on I would start shaking and moving around and wiggling and throwing my arms around in excitement like a 2 year old and I'm 19 so thank you so much for making this video it means alot haven't felt like this in a long time

I was literally watching this show a month ago after not watching it for years. Is Jordan a mind reader? SHOULD I FEAR FOR MY LIFE RIGHT NOW?!

This, was one of the many shows I knew about, from an network called QUBO. I do not know how many people know about that cable network. This show has been dug in my brain vividly, and I remember almost all these scenes.

There was one episode where the brother was trapped in a blanket and the fart villain kept farting in it , they made it so weird that it’s been my only super clear memory of this show 😂😂

I completely thought I just dreamed of this show existing. I really want to watch it again.

This is one of those things that I watched religiously as a kid but somehow forgot about as a growing adult very glad you brought this back into my memory brings back a lot of good ones keep up the great work man!

The episode with the fart villain and the backstory about his older brother and the tent haunts the recesses of my mind to this day. That’s some good shit.

Discovery kids had such great shows. I remember watching this and the Future is wild on the daily. Love to see this video

It's been funny all the shows with Canadian content since a lot of my friends worked on these shows. Almost worked on this show but my studio put me on another one. KEEP EM COMING! Also it was animated in Toon Boom Harmony, one of the early shows to be animated in that software

Every time I watched this show I always thought about how confident Abby must be with their cleaning and decontamination procedures to keep taking her long, flowing ponytail completely uncovered into the field.

This show never leaves my head despite me being easily grossed out. Glad you finally went over it!

Some under the radar shows I remember as a kid that I dont think have been covered yet are Sitting Ducks, Mummies Alive, and Archies Weird Mysteries.

Oh my god thank you, thank you! I've been waiting so long for someone to talk about this show because the entire thing felt like a fever dream. Was genuinely surprised it went on to 3 seasons since I only saw like 13 episodes as a kid??? After watching all the episodes back in 2016, the one that really stuck with me was a 2-part special about Ty feeling inadequate, and turning into that fart villain's underling. Ty was my fav character so seeing him like that outside of his nerdy and sometimes immature self makes me relate to him even more (and i dont even have siblings)

I remember as a kid being utterly shook to the core when seeing Fartor's story and felt so so so bad for him. I dont think something that dark should be in a kids show. I remembered it for the rest of my life and just found the show it was on

I loved this show as a kid, but I forgot about it for years and years until a stray thought about it popped into my head yesterday. Turns out the episodes are all available for free on RU-vid, and all the memories came flooding back. That title theme is tight

I remember in one episode Abby was cleaning test tubes and Tai told her to do circles or else she'd leave streaks. I still think about that every time I'm washing a window or mirror.

I can't believe I forgot about this show, I actually watched some of it around 2019 I think or maybe it was 2021 but I thought it was a show from like 2014 but wow I can't believe it was even around before that honestly really glad you made this video about this show. I think when I found this show I was going through the guide on tv and seen grossology and I was like what the heck is even that and there's a show called grossology, after clicking on it I enjoyed it i liked the design of the show and characters and respected a cartoon to actually have its identity in being learning about something gross per say rather than a cartoon with gross humor or that.

I just want to take a moment to thank you and anyone else who might work on this channel; you've reminded me of so many childhood gems that brought me great memories and also inspired my career in art! thanks to your videos im actually putting many of these series on a watch list for me to binge on now that im an adult and can probably appreciate a lot of things better. as an artist now too its heartwarming to see that even other adults enjoy these shows as well and have the same appreciation. I think your channel is an amazing way to keep these shows' legacies alive. Also, i seriously havent thought about this show in years until i saw this video and it is now the first on my list. gotta love how the creators actually made stuff happen out of gross things lol, id say its also an interesting way to get kids interested and unafraid to explore things that might be deemed "icky". have a merry fringemas!

This show was great, my favorite villain was Kid Rot (a high schooler who had the power to rotten living things and a twisted personality due to an experiment gone wrong), who honestly deserved to be in more than 3 episodes. He also had a crush on Abby in his debut episode before going completely insane.

I remember that show, it used to play on Discovery Family. My parents didn’t like it all that much cause it was gross but I didn’t care. I was kinda upset when they blocked it but I’m over it and I didn’t watch it again until middle school when I watched a few episodes on RU-vid. I also remember the show growing up creepie, The future is wild, Kenny the shark, all the good ones. The show Grosslogy was crazy, Cara became Insectiva after seeing of how her favorite bugs were being treated(killed and pinned to glass), Lance Boil used to be part of Grosslogy but for violation of the rules was banished and became a villain, Fartor became a villain after his brother played that silly prank as kids causing him to be a fart breather(his lungs were full of farts for crying out loud) and about 25 years later wanted revenge.

This was such a good show! Canadian cartoons really don't miss!

Man this was another Discovery kids show I love to watch as a kid....which is odd cus looking back at it this should've totally grossed me out. I even remember playing a game online from it, I think it was called Grossology Academy? I remember being so young I couldn't remember how to spell academy so I would go through leaps and bounds trying to find it again.

I remember this on ABC here in Australia. Absolutely brilliant and one of the many shows that a lot of us miss.

i liked this show even though even as a kid i knew it was very weird (but fun). my favorite episode that i can remember is the one where lab rat gets out of his lab and gets his blue suit (im pulling this from memory so i might be very wrong) if you liked this show then i recommend another early 00's cartoon called "deadly", i used to watch it with a friend when it first aired and a few years ago he asked me to look it up (we couldn't remember anything outside of the opening and it took me a few weeks of looking it up to even find anything it) oh and another cartoon that you might also like looking into is "monster allergy".

Loved this show so much, I would kill for a reboot one day. The theme song/intro is one of my favorites form any cartoon.

Never heard of the show, but I learned about a 90s DOS game adaptation of Grossology through Vinesauce’s channel. The amazing thing is they got Charles Martinet (the voice of Mario & Luigi) talking about zits and anal sphincters. I don’t think he mentions it on his resume to often lol

I used to watch Grossology all the time on The Hub Network before it was turned into Discovery Kids (now apparently there's a new The Hub that's owned by most of the tv conglomerates Warner Bros. Discovery, NBCUniversal, Walt Disney Television, and Paramount Global, also with Hasbro and Mattel) The O.G. Hub Network had so many good shows on it and was a part of my daily routine as a kid. Either watching this show, Jem and the Holograms (yes, even this show from the 80's but it only aired at 5 or 6 in the morning), The Haunting Hour, and Atomic Betty.

This show was life changing
