Thank you so much for watching and supporting me and my ministry here. Yes this is exactly what I thought too. I was so confused why everyone was only focusing on the little space in the gutter. It's weird we all have review the same Bible but typically each review is different and we all give our own opinions about the Bibles. However this one just got slammed with the same thing. So I felt lead to upload this video comparing my WM Bibles explaining exactly what going on with this Bible so the person looking into this Bible will have a better understanding about what's been said about it. I've received personal emails and messages from my sisters in my FB group worried about what's being said about this Bible. So I knew they weren't the only ones. 🤗 I also fully agree with you about stating anything negative about any Bible. Just because you or I don't like (Bible cover, paper etc) for whatever reason it doesn't mean others won't like it. We are all different and there needs to be different Bibles too... SO WE CAN ALL FINE THE PERFECT ONE BIBLE! Feedback can be helpful or harmful it's up to us as the reviewers to learn how to present that happy medium. If I don't like something I say it (Crossway ribbons 😉🤣) and I explain exactly why but...but I will never say the Bible is not worth getting. That's all you can do is practice. I shared my tips and tricks that I've learned about my handwriting journey in my ESV Journaling playlist where I'm writing out the whole Bible. I've learned to go slow. We're so use to doing everything fast including writing it's a challenge to write slowly. And I've learned to draw out each letter not just write it down. @@catwoods5499 I know how big it's going to be I have a few Bibles 10 point and up. I just love the large print (and larger) Bibles. I'm purchasing it now, I'm so excited.

I haven't checked I don't believe so but...but most of these notes I have have been 3-4 years old and there's no kind of fading. Trust me I'm not going to waste my time with the deep note taking I do just for it to fade that would suck

And now this one 😂🤣🤭 you sound like me when I first started I wanted to know what was the best what would work better for me and my use. What was the prettiest lol I mean the list just went on & on. But...but you gotta slow down and ask yourself a main questions 1. What's the purpose of you purchasing a (Premium Bible)? 2. What Translation do you want? 3. What Translation will you be ok with? Let's say if they didn't have the Bible you wanted in your translation. 4. Would you choose this Bible to ( Highlight Mark Underline) in? Or will you keep it clean and just use it as a daily driver.... daily reading? 5. Remember there's always time to buy more than one. Even if you're like me and have to save up for a few months for it. 6. Which Publishers call to you more? Cambridge, Allan, Schuyler, Humble Lamb, Thomas Nelson, Holman etc. And why? Answering these questions can better help guide you to what your looking for sis and I can better help you pick the best Bible for you. I know we want them all. But I would hate for your 1st Bible to be just okay because it wasn't exactly what you were looking for especially after saving up for it.

@@catwoods5499 Wow, thank you so much for such a thoughtful reply. I can’t imagine the number of comments and questions you must get. But yes, lol, I am all over YT, and especially your videos! I am a researcher at heart! Several years ago, after we lost our twin baby granddaughters, and having isolated myself from the Lord for a period of time after that, I finally had a deep desire to get back into God’s Word - but I wanted a ‘fresh’ start (I had been using the SAME Bible for 18 or so years at that point, and it was well-used … lots of notes and markings. I did have a second Bible strictly for Inductive Studies - I am a Precept Leader. Neither of these are Premium, and they did not hold up well at all). Not quite a year prior to the loss of the girls, I ended up bedridden and couldn’t practice anymore (I’m a mental health clinician/therapist), so significant loss of income. However, I knew I wanted my new Bible to last for generations, because I believed the Lord was going to teach me so much! Incredibly, I was gifted an Allan! Not knowing that was coming, I purchased a pre-owned, gently used, Schuyler. Both NASB. Each has things I like over the other, but they are both amazing! I am extremely thankful! I use them differently. I’m sure I mentioned elsewhere I am looking for a NKJV because of a change of churches. I like to follow along in the translation the pastor uses. Then I like to go home and study in-depth what was taught. I take copious notes. I also mark up my Bibles when I study. I actually just watched your video review of Randy Brown’s book, and ordered that for use with whichever wide-margin Bible I eventually get. And, I am looking for your video of the Pentel pens that you said work well in the inner margins, because my go to is the .005 Micron. So, if $$ wasn’t a factor, I would probably lean toward Schuyler, then Allan, given the comparison you did. However, the Thomas Nelson looks very nice too, and you made some excellent observations that were quite helpful. I just don’t have any experience with their Premium Bibles (being able to purchase it a little sooner is a huge plus too, but that can’t be my only reason). I have no experience with Cambridge either. The Humble Lamb isn’t for me right now, as I do not want paragraph form for this. I was originally saving for a wide-margin NASB, but since I now ‘need’ a NKJV, I decided to invest in that first. At least I’ve got it narrowed down to translation, and three publishers, lol. Thanks to you! 🥰

@@catwoods5499 Oops! It seems Schuyler isn’t an option for a WM NKJV. Their NASB WM is what I had been looking at. I didn’t know they do not offer the NKJV. So now it’s narrowed down to two! Lol
