TaiChiHealthProducts.org shares the 5-minute routine Don Fiore does each morning before he gets out of bed. People have asked Don to share what he does to stay agile at 87 - so here is Part 1 of a two-part morning routine. Don feels that it is important for seniors to be fully awake before standing up and beginning the day. Modify any movement that is too painful for you.

There are a whole variety of easy movement exercises on our Channel. Some people do a different video each day to enjoy a variety during the week.

I will definitely do this as i have followed you now for two years ever since I injured my knee. i started doing your morning 20 minute exercises for seniors, this has given me my legs and balance back and I would say my life. It also gives me my calm first thing in the am. I can’t thank you enough. Carol
