A slightly hillier course than I thought, but I love me a 1 lapper and we had it all here. Loved every second of it. This Parkrun comes very highly recommended with a slightly congested but well managed start before it opens up at the top of the first hill (because we were all desperate for our breath).
Anyways, really hope you enjoy this, I did x

Cheers Craig. Massive congratulations on passing 100 subscribers. Absolutely deserved. Subscriber totals are rising because you consistently produce great content. 🙂 Thorns Park looks another stunning parkrun location. I imagine it’d get sticky underfoot in the winter. Well done on a really solid effort. Hope you left something in the tank for following day’s Leeds 10k. Ps. Mandy runs because she likes cake - don’t we all? 😆

Cheers Colin, really do appreciate that. Yes it's definately the sort of course that seasonal shifts will make a big difference to difficulty, but what a great location 🥰 I honeslty intended on holding back a bit but felt strong and it seems to have paid off 👌 100% re the cake, might be on the hunt for some again this weekend 🤔 🤣🤣

Firstly Craig, congratulations on reaching 100 subs, you’re at 110 this morning😀Secondly, you did well to do sub-25 on that course, nasty hills at start of mile 2 and 3. Hope Leeds 10K went well for you😊

Hi Andy. Thank you, it was quite a bumpy little number and I'm very proud to get a sub 25. Being a scenic spot really helped of course. Leeds 10k went well this morning too, funny enough my overall pace was the exact same average as this run. Again, pretty chuffed 😀
