I own 3 Beaufort London's: Cour De Nior, Iron Duke and Vi Et Armis. I love them, wife hates Vi Et Armis. Have sampled most of the line. You are absolutely correct, they are not for everyone but I wear them for myself, not others. Kudos for starting to explore the house. I don't believe the house gets enough recognition. Have fun with it.

I just picked up my 1st bottle from ghost ship fragrances , I’m almost positive I read it was a 32% edp concentration… I’m not completely sold on it yet but I think with some time it’s going to be pretty solid

Great video, as always. If you want to try really, REALLY beast mode-perfumes, try the Orto Parisi fragrances. Bergamask (citrus) and Megamare (aquatic) are absolutely over the top. I am not familiar with the other Parisis, but they all should be monsters.

Beaufort is an amazing indie house and yeah everything is crazy strong. Tonnare I'd say is their most challenging and is the one with the blood and sulphur accord

Rake & Ruin is the longest lasting fragrance I own. It smells like a sweaty Harley guy smoking cigarettes. I love it! I sprayed it on myself 2 sprays and somehow I was able to smell it everytime I walked into my room for 3 days straight. It's unbelievably potent!

Love how Laudano Nero smells ashy smokie, boozie and sweet. It has a fantastic dry down. Really hard to wear out though. I just wear it around the home for me to enjoy.

Ye of the ones i've tried from them Tonnerre and fathom V were my favourites. Tonnerre is the closest smell i've smelt to a bonfire from any fragrance

Starry Night by Montale is nuts too. It gives you olfactory fatigue as well, so you are just walking around choking people out with a HEAVY floral patchouli fragrance. It’s a great fragrance though.

Thrilled to see some Zoologist coverage. I sampled their entire line and while a lot of their scents are difficult to wear, they are spot on representations. The new formulation of Bat is also enjoyable - that dark and damp cave accord is still present. I'm really a fan of Camel, enough that I may spring for a bottle since it is perfect for Midwest winters.

I broke a bottle of YSL Y EDP on my driveway the other night as I was getting out of my car, I had the bottle in my pocket and as I was getting out of the car..boom! It dropped and shattered on my driveway. I could still smell the fragrance the next day on my driveway!

Yeah, it's funny. I never thought bat was that strong. I used to wear about 3 sprays during the summer while wearing a Hawaiian shirt cause it's dark but tropical. Of course, that was from a small decant. It might get stronger if it's had time to settle in a full bottle

Mancera Back to Black is so bad. It smells ridiculously synthetic and as if it was something an 80 year old grandma would wear, almost migraine-inducing. I purchased it and had it for a whopping 2hr before I decided to sell it. I will say that it does seem to last eternally - I prayed it on me to see if I liked it 8hrs later and nope, it was just as pungent and overbearing.

@Goldman Amschel Mayer Rothschild man don’t blame me, blame Scent Split…(where my decant came from). It is sweet but the pencil shavings smell is no doubt a bit funky. I’m new to scents and I’m sure my nose will develop but I hope to never get used to those types of scents.

@@TrueGenius That's the caraway you're perceiving as pencil shavings. There are a few notes/accords that give off that particular scent and I think some people are more sensitive to them than others. For example, I perceive sandalwood as pencil shavings in most fragrances lol. Cardamom, caraway, and cumin (three terrible C's as I call them) all smell absolutely rank to me, too, like unwashed armpits.🤢

I sampled Manceras Black to Black line about 2 or 3 years ago. At that time I was really into Bond N9 New York Oud. So the store employee ask me if I wanted to try B2B. And MANN this was way too strong for my taste. Super rosy, not my taste
