Now that you’ve stepped your foot in the KDA door I shall unleash all my requests 😌: • KDA - pop stars • KDA - pop stars LIVE • Villain Concept Video (Madison beer + Kim Petras) • KDA - The Baddest • a reaction to their EP???
KDA popstars was the first release....there is a live version done for opening ceremonies with holograms....same with Giants...not kda but still for legue of legends
KDA is a virtual group inspired by kpop ... there are 4 members(characters from the game league of legends) . but in this song they are featuring w/ seraphine she is a character too in a game that will be lunched in the next months ig ... Their debut song /Music video called POP STARS which is another bop ..and they have alot of songs featuring alot of artists like TWICE Also i recommend THE BADDEST !!! 🔥🔥
Akali (the rapper in the beginning) - Soyeon from gidle Evelynn (the one with the claws) - Madison beer Ahri (the ine with the ears and tail) - Miyeon from gidle Kai’Sa (the one that was floating/2nd rapper) - Jaira Burns Seraphine (the one who sang the bridge) - Lexie Liu
KDA started in 2018. Every year for their World Championship Riot Games (the creators of League of Legend) has famous artists voice their characters/champions and create songs to perform during the opening ceremony. When KDA debuted and dropped “Pop/Stars” in 2018 tho it BLEW UP (I’m talking like 100,000,000 views in like a week) and it was crazy. I think it was the combo of LoL fans, kpop fans, and the fact that it was #1 on trending that made it get so big. Anyways, KDA built a very strong fandom from that 1 song and has FINALLY come back 2 years later with their first EP “All Out.” There’s a video for every song if you wanna check them out (and one song features Twice). KDA also has an online persona so they’re like on all social media and make posts/videos and talk to fans. It’s pretty fun honestly 😂😂
I don't know if you reacted to the other league of legend group, it's called true damage and their song is "giants" (the genre is hip hop/rap). Check them out if you haven't! (they have becky g)
You can react to kda pop/stars, villain, the baddest and i’ll show you And true damage- giants (a coed virtual group of league of legends, with akali (soyeon of (G)-idle) here too
The original team of K/DA is Soyeon is Akali (rapper) Miyeon is Ahri (foxy ears) Madison Beer is Evelyn (cat eyes) Jaira Burns is Kaisa And featuring Seraphine is Lexie Liu (chinese girl)
KDA is a virtual girl group formed by Riot Games (League of legends' creators) back in 2018 for the World Championships that took place in Korea (hence the kpop group). The members are 4 playable characters from the game and each one of them is voiced by an artist: Evelynn (the evilish white haired girl with her 2 lashers and massive claws) is voiced by Madison Beer, Ahri (the fox girl) by Miyeon from GIDLE, Akali (the one with the motorbike at the beginning) by Soyeon of GIDLE and Kai'Sa (ponytail girl with 2 reactors in her back) by Jaira Burns (so 2 Korean members and 2 Americans). The outfits they wear in that universe are purchasable skins in the game and they had so much success back in 2018 that Riot brought them back for this year's World CHampionships with Seraphine, a brand new playable champion from the game who's lore is that she's a chinese indie artist who got spotted by Ahri and got to collab with them on this track (and she is voiced by Lexie Liu, a chinese singer since this year's worlds took place in Shanghai). Sorry for the PARAGRAPH
I started playing this game and it is my first time gaming experience in 25 years 😂😂😂😂 I think you should try their song "villain" as well as "pop stars" performance
Timeline wise, Soyeon and Miyeon were approached to do the POP/STARS song before they even debuted. Rather than "bringing star power," it's more a case of Riot taking a gamble on unknown artists.
OMG you guys are going to freak when you hear The Baddest! Soyeon goes SOOOOOOO HARD!! It isn't even fair. Pop/Stars is fantastic too and was KDA's debut song. Make sure you check out 1MILLION dance cover of MORE because they have Soyeon and Miyeon dancing in it, definitely not a video you want to miss!
For me, You guys are the first one who recognize Seraphine (Lexie Liu) sang in chinese. I found other reactions they thought it was korean or japanese😜😂 Nice reaction btw😁
YOU NEED TO REACT TO K/DA POPSTARS THE BADDEST (SOYEON GO OFF IN THIS) AND VILLAIN there’s also one with TWICE called I’LL SHOW YOU For the explaination abt K/DA I did it so much already I hope you found a good comment to do the work 😩
The virtual girl group K/DA is actually made up from real characters from League of Legends. For some backstory, Riot Games/League of Legends has become a whole universe of characters, stories, cinematics, and lore. I would say they are most well-known for their cinematics and music videos other than the game, which are based off the characters stories, lore, abilities, etc. Basically the League of Legends universe has come to life over the years as Riot Games has produced all these different things for us to watch and listen to, this being one of them! In the game itself, characters have different things called 'skins' which basically means changing your character's look and/or appearance. In 2018 for the Worlds Championship (it's basically a ritual for them to come up with a song/theme for Worlds every year) K/DA was formed as a girl group made up of such female characters from the game, resulting in the release of the 'K/DA skins' for the specific characters. The virtual group itself released a music video/song called Pop Stars that blew up and became really popular, which is another animated music video I would recommend! This is their most recent work, and this time around they actually did a whole 'comeback' releasing a whole EP called 'All Out', releasing photos, videos, merch, etc. just like an actual kpop group would :) If you enjoy these kinds of things I would highly recommend checking out the other MANY League of Legends cinematics and music videos, as they all feature incredible music, creativity, content, and as always with them, a huge mix of culture (which is highly appreciated and super cool).
Hahaha... Welcome to league of legends music/songs.... You will find that there is 4 years worth of them in many many different styles of animation.... And that's not including there live performances in the opening ceremonies 😏😉 Also I don't use twitter or insta so sorry no requests but if you watched one then its no doubt the others will follow the music of LoL anyway haha
The game have his own main history but there's others realities where these "skins for the characters" exist with their own different history, on those ones they created 4 artist who make kpop and everyone of the 4 members (Ahri, Evelyn, Kai'sa, Akali and feat. Seraphine) have their own history. They made this as a gift in 2018 with one song "popstars" and then fans of League of Legends loved it so now they released an EP KDA All Out. Also when you play these champions with the KDA skin, you can hear the music and all that. I just love so much all these ideas, it's so cool and give new artists a chance and hope
this isn't the first KDA song. The vitual group debuted in 2018 with Popstars and the project had so much success that they gave the group a comeback this year with a well produced EP to go. Some of the songs got MVs. I suggest you check out KDA - Villain concept video, which is character Evelyinn's solo song. it's STUNNING!
As a Legue player. You can see the obviousness on my name. I'm so amazed that you guys reacted to KDA. This MV is yeah, animated. The characters in the MV are the characters in the game. Ahri the Nine Tailed Fox, Akali the Ninja assasin, Evelyn the demon who feeds on peoples pain, Kai'Sa the assasin/gunner, daughter of the void and Seraphine the Piltover Songstress. Ahri is the very first one who got to have a Korean Style Skin in League, that's why she is the leader/queen of the group. The KDA More MV is actually to feature the skins of these characters in League of Legends plus the very first skin for the newly released character in League which is Seraphine. And by creating this MV, Riot also created a lore based on this skin line. It's amazing that they crrated this such amazing MV just for the KDA skin line. The KDA More MV has a story. It's main cause is to feature Seraphine. As a rising star, Seraphine got invited by the KDA group to feature her in their next MV. KDA More is actually the 3rd Group Music by KDA group. The 1st KDA MV is titled KDA Pop Stars to feature the KDA skin line. The 2nd released song is for the skin line KDA All Out where all characters wear black.

K/DA is a virtual group created by Riot Games for the promotion of the skin line for the characters in the game League of Legends. This is the 3rd song that was released. They debut last 2018 and got millions of views in a short time. Check out the first which is "POP/STARS", then "THE BADDEST". They released the EP called ALL OUT with 3 additional songs, (VILLAIN, DRUM GO DUM, I'LL SHOW YOU) with concept videos each. It stands for Kills, Deaths, Assists, which is a portion of statistics in the game (and other games as well). Characters: Akali (rapper) - Soyeon from (G)I-DLE - "The Rebel" of the group, she enjoys her art and is serious about it. Has a tough but sweet personality just like in game. The motor bike she used here is actually designed by DUCATI for the specific video. Ahri (fox girl) - Miyeon from (G)I-DLE - "The Queen", founder of the group and lead singer. Based from Korean folklore Kumiho which is a nine-tailed fox. Evelynn (claw girl) - Madison Beer - "The Diva", co-founder and singer as well. In-game, she is a demon who preys on desires and emotions, especially lust, thus being a succubus. Check out "VILLAIN" from the EP (better with headphones) Kai'Sa ("winged" girl) - Jaira Burns - "The Dancer", her vision is freedom and found it in dancing. Her lines (2nd verse) are connected to her lore in-game, where she was swallowed by the Void and wanting to get out from there. The Void is like an alien world with monsters, and it affects people by consuming their mind for their bidding. Kai'Sa fought the Voidlings, gaining powers from them, and did not conform to it. Her "wings" are actually cannons. Seraphine (long-haired girl in the room) - Lexie Liu - "The Rising Star". As you can see, Sera is included on the list of featured artists. This is due to the fact that she was hyped by Riot Games as a "virtual person", with live IG, Twitter, and 4 song covers on Soundcloud. Here, she was voiced by Lexie coz of the Chinese part, but I think her song covers were voiced by Jasmine Clarke. There are other virtual bands from Riot Games such as TRUE DAMAGE - GIANTS (hiphop genre), and PENTAKILL (metal genre) which has 2 full albums, and 1 MV (Mortal Reminder). Riot also have a lot of other songs and MVs not associated with these bands.
The reason why Riot Games formed kpop-ish group is because 2018 LoL Worlds Champhionship was held in South Korea. Actually they didn't think Kda would be this succeed so they make KDA to comeback this year featured Seraphine (blue haired girl). And the reason why she sings in Chinese is because 2020 LoL Worlds Champhionship was held in Shanghai, China. Please react to the 2019 LoL Worlds Champhionship Opening Ceremony, the performances are super great there, it will blown your mind!!!! :D
KDA was first made to the 2018 world championship of LoL, They are playable characters in game who got new popstar skins hence why they went with the theme of making them an actual kpop group. The championship was held in South Korea that year so maybe that's why they chose the kpop theme, their first song pop/stars was a huge success. LAst year they did a different song with another LoL band called True Damage which also had Soyeon as the voice of Akali (and had BEcky G, Keke Palmer, DUCKWRTH and Thutmose) it never reached KDA's success tho. This year also for the championship they made KDA a comeback and actually a whole mini album, Seraphine is not a singer but a newly announced character in the game making her debut in the music video.
I'm sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately, the game does not look like this^^ You were right about the bird view, you see your charakters from above. (If you want to know what the game looks like with these skins, check out the skin spot light or just the trailer for the skins.) League of Legends plays in the fictional world runeterra, but there are multiple alternative universes in which different skin lines exist. For KD/A riot games basically asked themselves "What if these characters existed in our world and they were k-pop stars?" They released the first KD/A skin line in 2018 and made the song Pop Stars as an ad for these skins. Because it was insanely popular, they did an American Pop inspired skin line in 2019, called True Damage, and released the song Giants with it. And this year they decided to do a second KD/A skin line with the same characters (plus their newest champion) and release this song with it. (The new champion is not part of the band, she's only doing a collab with them) Each character of the band has thier own solo song in which more than one person voices them. These 4 songs all come with a concept video, which is basically trying to capture in an abstract way who each character is.
This is not really soundtrack for the actual game but it is to promote League of Legends and it's characters. This started 2018 when League of Legends Championship was held in South Korea. It was so well received both by players and non-player of LoL so Riot Games decided to make another pop group using other characters in the game so they made True Damage for the 2019 championship. K/DA was more popular so they brought them back this year featuring Seraphine. The LoL championship this year was in China so they made Seraphine sing in Chinese.
Riot is a game developer in the morning and a music producer in the night. You should see all the kinds of music from KDA, True damage, Imagine dragon, ZED, Pentakill, and all concert that's made only for musical of League.
love to see new people exposed to K/DA. You don't need to really know anything about League of Legends (I didn't beforehand either) or video games in general to check out their videos/music. The released an EP recently I'd recommend you checking out as well.
This animation is way better than in-game (unless they're planning upgrades for PS5 and other next-next-gen consoles). There are YT videos showing the character's various avatars & actions.
League of Legends has done over a dozen music videos for their game. Usually to promote their Worlds tournament. Some of the music, like KDA, is their own creation. You should check it out.
All of those are characters that you can play in League of Legends, a fighting game, so they, the girls in the video use their spells, attacks, special movements and stuff like any other fighting game, KDA is just ONE of their skins/clothes/cosmetics (they all 5 girls have many different skins, specially ahri the blond fox one) that people buy (with real money) to look cooler while playing with the characters in the game, so Riot Games made a story behind this specific collection of skin (the KDA skins), which is that they the 5 girls formed a pop band (there are many other skin collections that have nothing to do with music or mainstream so only people that play the game would understand, kda skins are the exception) ... and here we are today years later it has become unintentionally mainstream music, while the initial idea might've been just to make a music video to promote the skins so that they get sold more within the LoL community, it obviously over reach that by a lot.
I like you Like K/DA, it's good that you haven't play League of Legends. Keep it so tho, don't play the game Riot is good at produce good music not game.
