Thanks for the concise and straightforward helpful video. I know this isn't the complaint Department, but Canmore offering only a $20 payment option at the Quarry Lake Dog Park says loud and clear that Canmore does not want Visitors.
@@jbp4.0 my pleasure and I completely understand…. Personally I feel pay barriers, while intended to reduce vehicle traffic and encourage transit, really only hurt the visitor experience, hurt business traffic, and increase the “exclusivity” of certain areas by driving up costs. Lake Louise / Moraine Lake is a great example of this; once available to everyone, now with attempted management of overtourism, they remain just as busy but only for the customers willing to pay up. It’s an unfortunate byproduct of more people flocking to our beautiful areas.
This is amazing, you’ve done a fantastic job highlighting Canmore’s gorgeous trails. The views are stunning!! We will be visiting in September and now I am even more excited for our trip!
