This one sounds easy, but, for many of us, it requires interrupting the momentum of distraction and screen addiction.
No easy task.
Next time you go walking, take out the AirPods, give up the podcasts, don’t text anyone, and see if you can even put that thing on airplane mode.
Then, just notice everything that’s happening right here, right now.
