Apologies to anyone watching this in summer and wishing for the same cold winter night. At least monsoon has started ☺️ What scene of this walk did you like the best? Cheers 🥛
🌈🧜🏼♀️Thanx beautiful , ive been binge watching you , since I found channel. It's been my dream to see India 🇮🇳 I appreciate the share. Much love to you and yours 🌻 ONELOVE xx ☯️🌸
I don't know why but it made me tear up a bit when you walked into that store where they were watching cricket and they offered you a seat and tea, such a lovely moment that captures the beauty of Pakistan
wait in pakistan for 1 month ,and you will see a live cricket of politicians fighting for seats ,and of course Imran khan would be leading one....and surely they will fail in it too.....😢😢😢😢😢😢😢A country is as good as its leaders and people.....They surely didn't get the leader part right...
Facts it's actually a nice trade but half the world is lactose so not everyone is the same nor do we drink much tea in the US ' not traditional tea at least mainly name brands stuff
Thanks- it builds my confidence now that I am coming to Pakistan. Its much busier and friendly than a Melbourne street at night. Such a wonderful country Pakistan zindabad 😀😀
my brother works for a british american tobacco and for that reason he went in Pakistan several times. Everytime he has paid by the corporation 2-4 security guards with heavy weapons to protect him all the time. Pakistan is def not safe for any tourist. dont fool urself
I visited Pakistan 3 years ago and went to Lahore to see my friends for a day. I spent the whole night in Lahore and it never felt like it was ever quiet anywhere. At 4 in the morning, they got me Ras Malai which I hadn't had in 10 years. I think Lahore sleeps at 5am.
@@KarlRock you actually understand a lot of hindi urdu, but you never went to China? Will they treat you in the same way as dissidents, take you hostage to replace Chinese spies. Like Russia or Iran does?
The hospitality of pakistani people's were awesome when I been to Pakistan. I been to India as well but Indian peoples scammed me many times. Love and respect from Nepal for Pakistan
The fact that alcohol is basically non existent in public, makes these places much safer. May not look as nice as some places. But, I'd choose walking through random streets here, than random streets you don't know in LA, NY, Chicago.
The warm milk stop man made my night I’m sure he made yours too. I feel like the culture in america where I live kinda makes you scared to leave and travel the world. You’re videos make me so happy and encourages me to plan a trip thank you for reminding me that overall people have good intentions and a great heart ❤️
In my 11 months there no problems dress as a local, become a local. I feel so Pakistani in my clothes. I never think anything bad will happen. Greeting from Australia 🇦🇺
@@Gemini535 True.. such a shame that they lock women in the home like they are prisoners. What a life being locked up in a home their entire life. I know this for a fact, because I am half Pakistani.. but I call myself Indian instead, because Pakistan is in reality just part of India. The British just did a divide and conquer strategy.. Sell weapons to both parts and earn money meanwhile they fight each other. They are the same people, just different religious belief.. I know I will get a lot of s**t saying this from both sides, but it is the truth. I wish Islamic countries would be nicer to women and also let them live their life as freely as men.
As a Pakistani I am ashamed to see so much rubbish on the streets. People will say its lack of education, but thats not all. Corruption has broken every aspect of the society. Morals, values, etc. In Islam cleanliness is half the faith, but obviously its not been preached or taken any notice of. A country made on the name of Islam, its probably showcasing the worst example. Only a good leader can fix all of this. My apologies to the viewers.
@Faiez Cader Well in all fairness it 's the responsible of the whole community, including government, but also the people themselves who thow their stuff in the middle of the street. Charlie does have a point that this type of habit is something that could be improved. But at least the people are nice and not trying to scam you, that 's even more important :)
I totally agree with you because if you go north of Pakistan, you won't see people throwing rubbish there or its dirty. There are many places in Pakistan small localities where people on their own made their areas clean and maintain it too.
Welcome brother any time and if you are coming to Pakistan I'll suggest you to directly land in Islamabad and then go to north because in south it's too hot around 45 50 celcius .
@@jamesjohnston9319 Come to India and you will know what real Indian people are like, first hand experience. And a lot did before you. The very words "thug" that is murderous cheats, "pariah" out caste or lower caste, came from the largest democracy of India.
@@shahirlaskar6401 no doubt they exist, believe it or not we have them here in the UK. The city I am from, there are places that people will pull out knives etc to rob you if you walk down the wrong street. Just saying, the bad guys exist everywhere you just need to learn to protect yourself and be smart
I visited Pakistan a couple of years ago and I can say it is one of the places I loved the most on earth. People are probably the nicest I've ever met travelling and honestly at NO point did I feel in danger... I honestly feel more in danger in my own city! I spent most of my time there in Islamabad because I was visiting some friends, but Lahore is just something else... Absolutely loved it! One of the memories I cherish the most is the call to prayer at sunset at Badshahi Mosque... It still gives me goosebumps when I think about it!
Only big dangers of Pakistan are suicide attacks wich like to involve foregin country members or just terrorists kidnap for money. You must be very unlucky to get into one of these but its possible. For example in may young woman blow herself and killed some chinese students and teachers living in Karachi. There is no many real thieves and not as much scam as everyone think. Pakistan is as safe as other countries wich have their own problems. You not gonna feel more or less safe in Afghanistan Africa China or Uk. Everything everywhere can happen
The western media vs reality. I expected scammers and hustlers and instead you got free milk , offer to have tea and watch cricket and all around friendly and welcoming people.
@@ArthurKingoftheBritons404 they don't want their women to turn into western women. Their culture punishes behavior that is not conducive to their way of life.

I have been traveling a lot in Eastern Europe and after a nice evening with food and music in town I always walk home to the hotel or apartment and many friends ask me as well if I am not scared walking alone in the middle of the night in eastern europe. But I have never felt safer than in countries like Poland, Slovakia and the Czech Republic. People are generally friendlier and want to offer you help or food because they hear that you aren't speaking their language and they have been brought up to treat guests with love and kindness. I am from Sweden, where you basically can't go out at night alone in many cities anymore. I have not gone out after 21:00 in about 10 years now. Mafia, shootings, rape and lots of violence nowadays. :/ So traveling to countries where I feel safe is great for my mental health. It clears my mind from stress and negativity. I am glad you are showing the real Pakistan. This is NOT the picture they show us on the TV in Sweden. They just show us pain and misery. It's sad how western media uses fear and lies for their own profit. So what you are doing here is awesome. Have a great week Karl! Thanks for the videos :)
The countries you listed think of themselves as Central Europe, but you are right they are Eastern. Also, try doing the same in Russia, Ukraine, Serbia, Albania, and then tell me your thoughts. :) I think you will feel even safer.
@@surveyorsairinc2166 i agree. Most people think of serbia as unsafe, probably due to the war, but you could literally take a bike from Novi Sad to Nis and feel absolutely safe. Same thing can't be said about Northern Italy...

@3:10 you can tell the guy on the right was really curious as if he wanted to ask you where you’re from! Seems like genuine emotions as they don’t see that many tourists/foreigners and especially those who speak their language.
Nothing at all against india, id much prefer to visit there than most other countires, but I think Id visit Pakistan first. I feel this way because Pakistan comes accross more raw, traditional, pure, much less materialistic, and 'simple'. India , in my opinion, is more britishized, 'developed' , and synthetic. Just like my home country canada. An example for contrast.. Id much rather visit Iran than Dubai...
I can't thank you enough from the bottom of my heart Karl Rock. You are such an amazing person for not being biased against Pakistan and know that they are hospitable people and not at all a dangerous country. I looooove Pakistan and thank you so so so much for documenting your life there. It brings such a huge smile on my face because it is my dream to visit Pakistan and experience the richness of their culture which I somehow seem to see lacking in India. They seem to be such sweet and genuinely nice people. Absolutely am in love with the street culture. Keep the Pk vlogs on!!!
Bro, people on both sides are almost the same. Abundance of tourists in India have turned a few into vultures, unfortunately they represent your entire country which isn't fair. If the numbers of tourists raise here too, you might see same vultures here as well. It's natural. I guess.
Thanks Gaurika for your sweet comment. You are always welcome to Pakistan. I hope your dream come true soon. Being a Pakistani having spent 4 months in India for medical reason, I can honestly say it was the best time of my life coming across some of the most wonderful people in the world in new and old delhi. Because I was on a medical visa i could not go beyond the city.. Totally felt like home out there. India is as much amazing as my country if not more! Love and prayers 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻

@@Songs-lr4wt That is a cultural thing with Muslim men. They are very protective of their women folk and don't believe they should be out wandering about without supervision/chaperone. If a woman is seen in the company of a man who is not her husband or family she is subject to severe repercussions (even so much as an honor killing - they take this subject very seriously).

Love this type of video Karl. I felt drawn into it, like I was there with you. Please yes, do more of these. I found myself a bit envious of the night scene. Here in my small US town there is nothing going on at night, on the streets, people are afraid to be out much past dark. I watch videos of many travelers and in so much of the world, cities and towns come alive after dark with street food, shops, markets, people strolling, talking, shopping, and yes having a hot tea, or milk, together on a chilly night...looks like such fun. How good it must feel to live that way. Thank you for posting, see you in the next one, all the best 🌸
i loved those old buildings, they gave such magical vibes... so different from where i am from... my favorite part was when you entered the backstreets. Nice arquitecture and the narrow alleys filled with people demonstrate the communal life you speak of
This was absolutely lovely to watch and I am convinced the world would be so much better if everyone watched these casual, uncut videos of routine, street life in other countries. I think I'm not a person with prejudices, but it would be impossible not to be alert in a different environment. However, just from this video I would feel a much better, cozy vibe if I ever found myself in a similar place. Thanks for making this Karl -J
Even if it's silly to say, it's just amazing how without any edit, every other minute you find something unique, or someone talks to you. In the best sense of it, it almost looks like you are walking on a beautifully built video game level with scripted nice little interactions. Definitely one of my favorite videos I've seen so far.
Fascinating night walk! I loved seeing the raw, uncut visuals. So happy RU-vid suggested your video to us. Looking forward to checking out more of your videos. Cheers from Canada 🇨🇦 ✨ 🥛
Beautiful culture and beautiful people all serving God and acting the way God intended us to be. Streets not littered with drunkenness and rowdy behaviour, the women also modestly dressed a as well. This video makes me want to pray and thank God for all the blessings and this beautiful country. From Scotland 🏴 with love to Pakistan 🇵🇰
This world looks so much better than here in the UK. I know...maybe we have more material objects....but this is an actual community...the people interact with eachother and speak to eachother. Here in London...it's busy ..every moment is controlled by your bosses and laws. You can only drive this here if you pay this money etc.. ..and if you said hi to someone passing by it would upset them. It's like the polar opposite of London and looks so much nicer and safer.
Completely agree. Same here in the US. People keep their faces in their phones constantly and don’t give anyone else the time of day. Seems much better community here.
Really, I think you better do your research, here in the UK if your neighbour does not like you are still civil with each other. In Pakistan and India they will group up (mob culture) and make your life hell and kick you out, Just look how many non Muslims are left. Karl Rock is up to no good, he is making money from YT hence he is showing a one sided picture. Other side is very dangerous for him.

Pakistan is a victim of media hype and mistrust and hatred from its mainly Hindu neighbour. Never has a country been so badly rated wrongly. I concur walking the old Lahore at night is fantastic . Food at the rooftop Cuckoos restaurant seeing food brought up from the street on ropes as you marvel at the Badshai Massjid lit up with devotional music in the distance is a night that I will always remember . Pakistan means land of the pure and the people are most definitely that . India won’t like it but it also has a few people the same but nowhere near the amount of hospitality and friendliness. Long May it remain unspoilt 🙏🏽
