I came across your walking workouts on 10/29/2022 and I have enjoyed them every day since then. Not seeing results on the scales had me wanting to give up today, 11/5/2022 but I didn't. The exercises are so motivating. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to making these exercise videos!

This was a good one! I’ve been dealing with a frozen shoulder and rotator cuff issues, and my doctor has been on me about getting my shoulder joint moving more. This warmed up my shoulders really good! My heart rate was nice on this workout too!

Love this! This workout boosts the the heartrate (but not to the point of exhaustion) and it includes some wonderful toning and agility moves. It's enjoyable and leaves you with a sense of accomplishment and such a positive state of mind. Great music too! Thanks, Tiffany!!!
