Well explained Doctorgaru. Am plus sixty. I have been walking for the last twenty five years. My mode of walking is Briskwalking with hands moving straight. My daily goal is 10000 steps but I always finish with 7500 to 8000. I find it very convenient, healthy and agile. Thank you for your valuable suggestion coinciding with my activity.

సార్ నేను రోజు 8000 నుండి 10000 స్టెప్స్ వరకు నడుస్తాను. కానీ మధ్యలో 500 స్టెప్స్ ఒకసారి 02 -03 నిముషాలు రెస్ట్ తీసుకొంటాను. నేను 15 సంవత్సరాల క్రింద బై పాస్ చేయించు కొన్నాను. ఇది సరిఅనదేనా
