The ruined church was cool. Shame the rain stopped you having that first sighting of Canterbury Cathedral. It is always exciting arriving somewhere on foot. I renember my first sight of Bath from Prospect stile on the Cotswolds Way and Ely cathedral from the Herewards Way.
Paul and I are talking about doing the final part of The North Downs Way into Dover but from another Direction due to us doing The Canterbury Loop before.
