Been cycling everyday for 45 mins for 5 days now and i can see the difference... And i have also tried running and walking but at the end my legs hurt 😢( naasuk taange) so i am sticking to cycling...
@@princyjennifer7047 You better choose jogging or walking. Start with walking then slowly do jogging along walking... Cycling requires more distance than the others.
For me cycling always worked, bcs it doesn't hurt and you also enjoy the activity more than walking and running. Spriting or running is only good if you are not fat

Hello, native English speaker here- jogging and running are two very different things. They can’t be used to describe each other. You can run slow and jog fast, but the way your feed land depends on which it is.
I think u should research more about the topic . Walking better than jogging for fat loss. Jogging uses glucose which means it doesn't not help lose fat unless u are eating very less.
