Walking with Dinosaurs (PC Game) 

I remember my computer as a kid wouldn't run the voice clips properly, and when I incorrectly placed a bone he would say "That is clearly-that is clearly wro-"

Only the British could get away with sarcastic and downright scathing narration in a game marketed towards children

My grandfather, who built my first computer, gifted me a cd-rom copy of this game when I was about 5 or 6, along with the pc. I remember this making me fall in love, not only with dinosaurs, but also with computers and gaming. I had forgotten so much of this beyond the raw sensory memories. It feels pretty unreal to be in the presence of that voice again, and despite the things we know now, it set the bar high for me as a kid of 'dinosaur stuff'

I wanted to be a palaeontologist as a kid but I probably took the stupid narrator’s “You will NEVER be a palaeontologist” line too much to heart 😅

I don't know the age group of this comment section, but an untapped memory hit me today as I used this when I was a small child (born Dec 2001) and I'm 20 now. This game was my childhood, unlike my generation's usual hobbies

I loved this game when I was a kid. It was by far my favorite when I was in grade school.

God this just unlocked memories for me! I use to have this and remember using it to make the computer completely Dino themed with the PC customization XD man I wish I still had it but it was lost to time :(

HOW HAVE I POSSIBLY BEEN OBSESSED WITH THE WALKING WITH... SERIES FROM 2018-2021 WITHOUT EVER DISCOVERING THIS GAME?!!??!!?!? HOW?!??!?!?!?!?!?!? I know no one can answer this, BUT I still cannot believe THIS could've slipped under my radar!
