Day 14 done! Since I started your excerices and a diet (19 days ago) I have lost 4 kilos! I still have 20 to lose but it's a promishing start! I loved this standing ABS exercises. Way easier than the other ones! Thank you Rachel for being a partner on this jurney! I still can't believe I haven't quited ❤❤❤❤
You have such a soothing beautiful voice. I really enjoy your workouts. I'm 53 years and like to keep fit though at times I get a bit lazy, but you motivate me 😊
This was my beginners day 14 rest workout (very good). I do get a little bit uncoordinated in the 3 step bend, twist etc which makes me laugh 😆 but I am very happy with my progression . Will be keeping on track and doing these Pilate videos at home, Ive taken my chest & waist measurements at the start and will monitor. Im recovering from bi-lateral Carpal Tunnel Surgery so some floor exercises I need to adapt as can't put hands flat on floor or wall as yet re pressure on palms so I either do previous exercise or try to make a fist if that's comfortable for me.. Thank u! I’m so glad u enjoy the videos! And yes Modifications are great! U could also check to see if u can use dumbbells to hold under your hands rather than have flat hands.. I show that modification in some of my videos to keep a neutral wrist
Trying to do 2 or 3 workouts at once, bc I feel 1 was to little, and it's good, I feel so much stronger and my back pain its slowly going away!! Love this!
Oh waw this was so challenging i used to workout with weights for abs did this not realizing it is equal to weighted ab routines 😅 i have so much connection with the muscles more than any other day i lifted 😅 thank you so much
Day 14 for me too. Also older and overweight so totally understand belly getting in the way. I also struggled with coordinating the blended movements 😂. Progress not perfection is my motto now!
I'm glad people enjoy this but it's not my favorite just based on my physical pain. A suggestion for an alternative ab workout video would be great. But I just did what I could for mobility sake and then did some stuff on my own for ab strengthening.

Currently in Italy 🇮🇹 so missed a couple of days, Day 14 ✅ as my son (21) took himself off to a local gym - I thought I’d sneak in a little ‘Rachel fix’ 😊😊😊
Day 14 check it me 55 yo heavy lady accountability comment...I don't love the ability workouts not because they aren't good but I can't crunch as much as I want because my belly is in the way how humbling and embarrassing...I do see a small change in my strength when I'm going up and down stairs so I'm trying not to let myself be discouraged it will just take time ..see you tomorrow 😊
How to move stucked weight.. iam on my weight lose journey and my weight have stucked... Iam almost close to my goal.. but stucked weight 😢..... Any solution??
